- Today, I will introduce you to a hearty warm noodle soup bowl called Bun Ca, which is the Vietnamese fried fish noodle soup. It is one of the most popular specialty in Hanoi and people love to eat this soup for breakfast and lunch. The tangy, sweet and delicate broth complements with crispy fried fish make this noodle soup so unique.
Later, I will take you to eat Che Thai, which is Thai, Vietnamese dessert and it's so yummy and always a to go dessert for a hot day. Here are the addresses for the Bun Ca and Che Thai:

Bun ca is a really rewarding healthy dish. I love the sweet & sour natural taste that comes from the pineapple, tomatoes & fish.
I had many bowls of bun ca while in Danang & Nha Trang but not yet in Hanoi. Instead, I had mien luon & chao luon in Hanoi. It's the first time I had crunchy & tasty fried eels in my life ! I hope you can make a video of mien luon & chao luon.
I definitely love che thai. The one I had have strips of jackfruit in the very colourful dessert.

Thank you for a great video introducing a new dish, fried fish noddle. I am very lucky to have two restaurants from northern Vietnamese in our areas. I come there to eat Bún Chả Hà Nội and Bún Riêu all the time. I don't think they have Bún Cá, but I will ask.

Im not a real soup person but that looks so good. Ive only been to one vietnamese restaurant but the food was so good. I cant tell you what i ate but it was very healthy. If i ate more of their food, im sure id be much more healthier.

If you love this dish, I highly recommend you to travel to my mother's hometown called Rach Gia, Kien Giang, VN to try the Bun Ca Kien Giang. Pho and Bun Ca Kien Giang are 2 of my best dishes ever. I can eat Pho and Bun Ca Kien Giang every day!

Lol, I can almost taste the food by just looking at your facial expressions. Went to Ha Noi in 2018 and stayed at Sofitel Metropole for three days but didn't have anyone to show me around to check out the local restaurants.
