Thank you! I am glad you like it! Enjoy!
@WeekendMeals8 Mam I just love fried chicken n shrimp wontons. I have been having since I was 10 years a young boy. Difficult to find wonton sheets online. Only getting rice paper wrappers.
Fried chicken is one of my favorites too. Wonton wrappers can be made from scratch. It’s expensive buying Asian ingredients online. Thanks for watching my video and leaving me comments! 💕

What is jicama? I've never heard of it... Can you just cook these meatballs in the sauce or do you have to steam them? Do you have a recipe for Bo La Lot? Great video as usual!
Jicama is a type of root vegetable that contains lots of juice. I added that so the meatballs will not be too dried. If you can’t find jicama, you can use more fat or oil in the pork. I steamed the meatballs so it wouldn’t break in the sauce. You can cook directly in the sauce but don’t stir while cooking, that way the meatballs can stay as whole meatballs. Please check out my bo la lot recipe in my channel.
@@WeekendMeals8 I see, I've never heard of jicama before. Thank you so much, I will take a look at your Bo La Lot recipe :D

Merci beaucoup pour cette superbe recette. Combien de temps faite vous blanchir les oreilles ? 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hi Lucie, hopefully the translation help me understand your question accurately. The cleaning process were just blanching for about 5 minutes then use the knife under cold running water and scrape the ears until you see it is clean. Hope the information helps! Thanks for watching my video! 💕
thank you for your recipe. ❤
Thank you for watching and commenting, Kim! Take care! 💕
Is that with or without wax
If you watch my video and see how I prepare it, that should not even be a question. Wax or without, I’ll leave that judgment up to you.
Looks good!
Thank you! 💕
Very nice! Can this recipe be fried directly without steaming?
The steaming part is to help the tofu tighten up and cook all the way through as frying bean curd is a fast process. If you fry directly without steaming, the stuffed tofu might not be able to get fully cooked in the inside and might turn sour. Thanks for watching my video!💕

How long do you boil the chicken thighs for?
Hi Yen, boil the chicken until it’s fully cook. For chicken thighs takes about 15-20 minutes. The frying step is just to get the skin to be crispy. Enjoy! 💕

Bonjour Merci pour cette recette de poulet . Pourriez-vous s'il-vous-plaît indiquer les temps de cuissons à chaque fois merciiiii beaucoup 🙏🙏🙏
Hello Lucie, First cook the chicken in the tomato paste for 10 minutes or until it boils. Then add potatoes, carrots and seasoning and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes and carrots soften. Lastly, add yellow onions and green peas. Bring it back to boil, that will be another 5 minutes. Total cook time would be around 35 minutes. Hope the information helps! Enjoy and thanks for watching my video! 💕
Thanks a lot
Very very nice!
Glad you like it! Thank you for the comment.
