Hah! I just happen to have a rotisserie chicken in the fridge-I know what I’ll be eating tomorrow! Thanks, as always, Marion for all your great ideas for different ways to pho your evening meal!
@@sibais I usually add cinnamon stick, cardamom, fennel, star anise, cloves, coriander seeds for the spices, and I add the cilantro leaves to the bowl with green onion, sliced onion at the end. The cilantro at the end is the perfect compliment to the broth. Some people just don't like cilantro tho.
@@vso8247 I believe it is traditional. Every time I've ever had it at a restaurant it was included. There are two different versions of pho, Northern and southern. I think I prefer southern, so maybe she makes traditional northern pho.
OMG, I'am ready to make all of these PHO's but the last one may be my favorite and first time for the quick and easy been waiting for someone to show how to make PHO not taking all day to make and enjoy. No matter the temperature in Columbus, Ohio nothing like enjoying. Pho in the Springtime @70 degrees inside with the air conditioning on LOL😂 and the chili peppers heat etc on the side. Thanks for sharing!
Hello chef, your recipe is very interesting and the results of your concoction look beautiful and fresh, I'm tempted to see it🤩 Wish you health and success🎉
Instead of pre boiling the meats try roasting the meat in the oven before boiling it. Ive use pho ques method and it really came out good on the traditional vietnamese beef pho. It was quit unique and i was blown away from how it tasted. You should try it sometime.
Ah, so the optimal time for your videos is bedtime in Canada! Outstanding! I'm always looking for ways to infuse umami into a vegetarian pho broth - I know I'm not fooling anyone, and don't pretend to. I just make it well worth the time of anyone eating it, because I cook with joy for people I love. ❤
NO earrings!! Are you sure you are really Marion? Love the chicken with toasted onion and ginger for the broth in the 1st recipe. . And, furry animals are quite amazing, even though they are not "pho-y."
Omg, Marion! Thanks for this condensed version of Pho’. However I’m very certain that your maternal greats just totally abandoned you at the sight of that second chicken pho version. 😂
I think it’s a great way to make use of that rotisserie chicken carcass and I’ll bet anyone from Marion’s maternal past, be they spirits or material, will think so as well! With the price of food as high as it is, utilizing leftovers to make something quick and tasty benefits everyone! Cheers from Texas.
Pho is one of my favorite things on the planet.

question: Can we put those spices in a little bag before throwing it into the water to broil for the broth?
So flavoured water with noodles then?
Your husband is the luckiest man in the world.
Yummy noddle
The classic beef pho needs to be slow cooked with some beef brisket or something. just bones isn't good enough imo
🤍
Why not just steam the onion?
You want to chart the onion to get the color and flavor. The steam cannot achieve that flavor!

Why don’t you ever make Cambodian food?
