I have used 12 cashew nuts in this recipe, which comes to less than 2 cashew nuts per serving. Cashew nuts add a lovely taste to the gravy, while keeping the net carbs of the curry to 4.5g per serving. If you are totally avoiding cashew nuts in your keto diet, you can replace this with blanched and peeled almonds instead. The other option is to avoid adding any nuts at all.

What dose each serving work out to be in grams after cooking ? less than 2 cashew nuts equals 6 servings for a start 1 kg of chicken would be come less than 700g after cooking

Air fryer dripping will not have a burnt smell ?
Can we use ghee instead of that oil

@@A_kumar09 The dripping is delicious. Slightly smoky which adds to the taste of the gravy. Yes you can use ghee!

I can't wait to try this recipe!!! I adore Indian food and your channel is a God send thank you so much! Our favorite "pre" keto, was Prawn Biryani, with fresh tomatoes diced cashews & golden raisins in rice...Any ideas how we might make this keto?

I hope you enjoy this recipe! After a lot of trials I could nail the “restaurant style” taste :)
I will try my best to come up with a Biryani recipe. It tricky but let me try!

This looks wonderful. Could I request a recipe/video for a keto restaurant-style gravy base? I have not been able to find one, and I'm sure there are lots of others like me looking for one!

@@ketocurries8037 Looking forward to it! I'm going to try swapping out the onions in a standard recipe for eggplant and onion powder for now, that seems promising!
