Hey guys and welcome to today's video where we are talking anti ageing and the best ways to boost Collagen in the eye area.. I would love to know your recommendations so drop them in the comments section below and sending you all so much love xx
I'm going to make an unpopular claim, and that is I am convinced that using a good eye cream (for over 25 years) has made all the difference for me. I'm glad to see you suggesting one in this video. I also started using a retinol in my 50's. I mix my regular retinol with moisturizer to lower the strength and apply it around my eyes. Finally, I apply Aquaphor as a last step in my evening skincare routine, concentrating on the eye area. The one thing I can't deny is that genetics plays a huge role, as my mother and grandmother were also wrinkle free at my age!!
@@josieshepherd2483 I've been using the Elf Holy Hydration eye cream. But I ran out and have been using the Pureauty eye cream with caffeine. I struggle with under eye puffiness, and both products worked beautifully!
I think if you took a survey of dermatologists few or none would agree with the claim that facial massage can increase collagen. The science tells us some facial products can increase collagen production in the skin, and sun exposure accelerates loss of collagen.
Only because they didn’t learn that in school. They also don’t learn about food as medicine. So that right there tells you a lot. They are taught medicine to treat diseases, unless they are a DO or Functional Medicine doctor.
Hi Rob I use the Avene physiolift eye cream, as it's one of the few reasonably priced retinaldehyde eye creams. I use it around the eye, but I apply a small amount of vaseline around the lash line with a cotton bud to prevent any migration into the eye itself. I have eye involvement with my rosacea, which can cause dry/irritated eyes anyway and don't want to further dry them out - so it's a precaution I take for my situation. My rosacea issues with my eyes have not worsened using this and I have seen some softening of lines. I'm 50 and it's not going to work miracles, but a softening of lines is probably as good as it gets from a topical product anyway. During the day I like the Benton fermentation eye cream and it's full of peptides and antioxidants, as well as being very moisturising. I like an eye cream and have used them for years. I like a different texture around the eyes, as compared to the very rich creams I need for the rest of my face and although I won't pay an excessive amount for one, I'm happy to buy the extra product for that reason. I do apply my Niod modulating glucosides around the eye area and it contains pycnogenal plus superoxide dismutase for extra antioxidant protection. Best wishes.
hey Rob, do you remember those old videos you posted before you learned how to pronounce pycnogenol? You have come such a long way and I love you to bits. Sending more love to you as well as the furry and feathered friends. ~ Paula
Apart from retinol types, is it OK to use Buffet, argireline etc. directly under the eyes, rather than stopping at the orbital bone area? Hope that makes sense and thank you for being a part of all our lives, you rock😉😉😉
The massage works as long as you don't move cleanser into your tear duct - ouch 😭. The revolution copper peptides seems to be working nicely 👍🤩 Although I just use the Cien Q10 eye cream 💲💲but I'm thinking of ordering pycnogenol 😊
Dr Sam flawless nightly eye serum do not have bakuchio oil! It has 2% granactive retinoid. Product dryed my under eye area and lids badly, however I can perfectly tolerate Medic8 retinal 10 under my eyes.
Rob, you mentioned links to videos three times, but they were not linked up in the corner. Would you kindly link them, please? I actually wanted to watch two of them. 😂
Hi Rob 🙂! Thank you! Hydrated, Moisturized skin always looks much better on me. I know retinoid is working (bc research says …). And I think anti O2s help & peptides too but gains are gradual so idk 🤷🏻♀️ tbh but I enjoy them & will definitely keep using 💕🌺!!
@@aquamarine_nz2296 Thank you! I've already tried the Ordinaries Buffet and Agireline Serums but both of them didn't deliver noticeable results on my frown lines. Maybe I'm gonna try the Agireline+Matrixyl hack but I'm really looking for additional infos so I can tackle the problem from more than one side.
I have bought both Dr Sam's Eye Serum (PM routine) and the NIOD FECC (AM routine) on your recommendation - all going well so far, so thank you!!! Was wondering how long I need to wait after I put on the Argireline, before putting these on? Don't want to stop it working by putting something else on too soon.
Oh amazing.. I am so so glad these are working so well for you hun.. You can use then straight after argireline but i would leave it a minute to let it sink in first.. Love xxxxxx

What eye cream do you use?

The NIOD eye serum is seriously amazing. But I must say, I bit the bullet last month and got under eye filler and I’m so happy with the results!

Skin is so unique! I use gentle retinol around my eyes, retinol has never irritated my skin. Aloe burns my skin.
I totally agree with you hun.

Hello 🙂, in your opinion, which is the most active product for deep wrinkles on the face between buffet+copper peptides and argireline?
