Why I didn't get vaccinated. I had covid-19 back in Dec 2019, before the outbreak. A lot of people had it, but doctors had the instruction to not provide any prescription for it, because they didn't know what it was.
With time we confirmed the outbreak, we found out older people living in residences were the most vulnerable folks, but kids were okay.
So at the very beginning, I ask myself, what people produce less with time. This is were I've noticed what elders & handicaps had in common, "inactivity".
If you don't move much, you lose muscle mass, if you lose muscle mass, there's less muscle cells to produce ATP by ADP. So elder folks cells has less energy than cells from active individuals.
Then I've search for an over the counter molecule which can help increasing the ATP synthesis. Then, I found in the Vitamin B complex, the NAD+, which is a Nicotinamide part of the vitamin B3.
I was already good in breaking any flu symptoms by consuming Zinc with vitamin D3, right at the first symptoms of flu. But with this pandemic, to be asymptomatic and to have fast relief, elder folks should take a one daily dosage of Vit B3 per week, and take one dosage of Zinc & D3 at the first flu signs and another dosage of *Zinc+B3+D3* in a cycle of 12 hours. But for general active folks, a daily dosage of Zinc B3 D3 at the first flu signs with one secondary dosage after 12 hours, just to guarantee full relief.
Since I put my entire family on it, none of us got sick nor need vaccination, which is why I won't take it even if it's mandatory.
Because it's impossible science doesn't know we can make it with over the counter supplements and minerals. So what's the real agenda?
Look, Dr. Charles Brenner commercialized their own version of vitamin B3. His team was right to claim their molecule could help reduce the severity of this virus. However, his company was blocked by the FDA for violation of FD&C Act and the FTC Act.

@@blackberry8924 I've been taking 50mg of zinc, 10,000iu D3 with K3, whole food natural C, whole food B complex, high quality tumeric, low histamine probiotic daily. I'm positive that I got covid late last year, even with wearing a silly mask and social distancing/washing hands, etc. I had very odd symptoms that lasted less than 48 hours. Later on the symptoms I had were attributed to the long list. My father had the same symptoms around the same time, we were together for Thanksgiving. I'm not going to be wearing a mask anymore either. I develop sinus issues especially into the back of my throat and a heaviness in my lungs no matter the material the mask is made out and brand new or washed with baking soda vinegar and dried/disinfected in the sun on the clothes line. Every single time it happened. Cotton, polyester. The cheap ones they hand out I could 100% feel the small fibers of the mask in my mouth and lips. No way that's not making it's way into my lungs. Luckily I live on the Ill/Iowa border and can do all my shopping in Iowa where there are no mask mandates and I can stay away from folks and wash my hands as often as I feel I need to. Without touching my face or my phone or anything else that would expose myself. I'm also not watching the news and living in constant dread and fear.

@Sean One daily dosage of Zinc + Vit B3 + Vit D3 at the first signs of flu, and another dosage after 12 hours should gives you an asymptomatic full relief with natural immunity protection against this virus.
If you're unvaccinated, this is how you stay protected. And if you can't find Vitamin B3 500mg in your area, ask for Nicotinamide, NAD+ or TruNiagen, it's all the same molecule. To be taken with Zinc + D3.

When i was about 12, 45 years ago, I had deep seated double pneumonia. I was holidaying with my grandmother, who didn't drive, and after a week of illness we walked, yes walked to see her old doctor, who my grandmother swore by. I swear this doc was about 90. Gran said she never got sick because this doc was so good. He had treated Spanish Flu as a young doctor, as well as every other disease we no longer have, like Polio etc. He gave me antibiotics but he said I had to get up the gunk, or I'd end up in hospital . I had to take a cough expectorant, and VICKS chest rub, breathe exactly like the doctor above said, as well as get up and walk and bend and breathe deeply with my arms stretched above. Then lie face down on my bed with my head over the side and a bucket under me, take a deep breathe, and cough... It sounds disgusting, (which it was) it was exhausting and painful, but boy, did it ever get the hard brown gunk out of my lungs. It was probably the technique they used before antibiotics were discovered.

I got contaminated by the covid 19. I got some serious breathing difficulties 6 days after the first symptoms (fever). At this stage I started to get very agitated and was starting to consider calling for emergency. Then I remembered I have a breathing yoga application on my phone with different programs. I sat on a chair and did it for about 15 minutes.
I am now out of danger and I believe following this technic has helped me a lot.
I would recommand to anyone to start practicing before they could potentiallly get infected. If you feel any breathing distress don't panic, don't get agitated, find a posture that feels comfortable, remain still and practice controled breathing. In doubt, call for health services. Take care. Greetings from France.

I’m a physician. Another very helpful technique to use that asthma patients are taught is to use purse lip breathing.
Take a deep breath through your nose, pause for 2 seconds and exhale slowly through your mouth for ten seconds. Over and over. However, as you exhale purse your lips to allow only a small opening for the air to exit your mouth. While doing this, allow your cheeks to puff out with the air pressure. This slows the exhalation and exerts a back hydraulic pressure on the column of air, preventing the small airways in your lungs and bronchial tree from collapsing. Bernoulli's Principle is a law of thermodynamics that more or less states that the pressure of gas moving through a tube is inversely related to the speed of that movement. In other words, breathing out hard and fast can generate negative pressure inside the airway, causing a collapse of the small airways. The purse lip technique provides a back positive pressure to counteract that collapse and the slow exhalation does the same thing. Bernoulli's Principle is the reason why the wings of an aircraft provide lift.

I’ve been asked to give more info. In addition to mechanically improving your oxygenation doing this for 10 to 20 minutes at a time is a wonderful type of stress relief. The more reps you do the better is the relief of stress. . . up to a point. . I teach my patients to close their eyes wi each exhale and allow their mind to imagine they are gently blowing out their stress. Try to visualize stress as if it were smoke. Imagine seeing it being expelled. This is a form of meditation. Twice daily is optimum. Thanks

As a person with asthma, I’ve found doing things like this help, even with a simple cold. I’ve learned I recover better if I don’t even lay down when I’m sleeping. I find ways to prop myself up to sleep sitting up. I also find that taking deep breaths, similar to how is described here, helps to keep my lungs clear. I didn’t know about the deep cough, and I don’t really understand that yet, so I’m going to watch again. Thank you for sharing this! These are great reminders.

Another asthmatic here, and it’s allergic asthma AND I have severe allergies. Pollen, several types of trees, grasses, mold etc. it really is miserable. I love being outdoors, walking etc. every year around this time I go through an exacerbation period of several days to a week. Unfortunately I’m having to take steroids, WORST timing possible to be on them but nothing else works. Not even my rescue inhaler. So this virus really is terrifying in regards to having asthma. There is a bright side, still a scary thought though, but a lot of studies from around the world are finally coming out with new information. Like yesterday, maybe day before out of Boston of a homeless shelter where it rapidly spread. They tested 397 people, of those, 146 tested positive. The upside ? 145 were asymptomatic and won’t get sick at all. Only 1 required hospitalization. It’s a small number but it’s promising. Much larger scale numbers from other countries are arising. So a HUGE amount of people will be asymptomatic, millions more than we know of right now have been exposed and won’t become ill, meanwhile the people who do experience symptoms, 80% (could be slightly higher or lower) will only experience mild cases. Not downplaying this virus at all. I haven’t even been in a grocery store in over a month. I have help, luckily. If you want daily updates on everything there is to know, I suggest searching Dr. John Campbell (he has a channel right here on UA-cam). He presents a very calming, very educated way to receive information you need. No media, politics. Etc also all of his info is sourced.

The moving around piece is very important, to get you lungs working in a moment of distress; you got to get moving because the body also has a mechanical component to function and with you it’s logical to know that movement gives blood circulation in the body, it helps the heart, it’s so important this is the way oxygen moves. The body needs pressure to transport oxygen so movement is vital.

I have asthma I'm 43, i had meconium aspiration pneumonia when I was born, in the NICU for a few mos. Full term. The damage to my lungs was lasting, massive scar tissue. My whole life with severe asthma or COPD. When a person without asthma gets a cold, its really no big deal. When I get a cold, i always get pneumonia. Its very painful, the back of my lungs feel like an elephant is sitting on them. It hurts to even stamd up straight to walk.
My O2 sat will be around 75 with full oxygen. A common cold keeps me in the icu from 2-3 Weeks, every time, lord knows i hate it!
My last trip in, instead of just regular nasal oxygen, the ICU doc tried a c-pap and a B-PAP. The thing was like a life saver, LITERALLY!!! it made my breathing much easier, and got me out of the icu in a record time.
I hope the docs taking care of covid 19 pneumonia patients, will utilize C-pap and B-PAP machines before turning to ventilators. As soon as the patient is admitted they should hooked up immediately, 24/7

Always laying on side or stomach. Couldn't leave ER till on 4L of o2. Today is my 4th day off of oxygen. Still incorporating those technics. It really is no joke.

One little trick. Every time your hand goes towards your face try to get into the habit of tugging your earlobe or touch your ear instead. That way the bug does not get transferred to your upper respiratory tract via your mouth or nose. You wont remember every time but you may reduce those dangerous touches by quite a lot.

But then i turn on youtube and watch funny videos and guess what? After some time i feel like everything is all right. I think that the cause of this problem is nowadays i think too much about my breathing..and watching news about pepole died because they can't breathe.. it effects my mind. The more i constantly think about my breathing the more i felt like i can't breathe and all the negative thoughts like i have covid and its a symptom that comes into my mind and i can't sleep. I have no other issues of cough and fever. I just have the feeling of breathlessness.. when i am going through that feeling.. i can't breathe through my nose.. its like i am not getting enough air from my nose.. then i start breathing through my mouth and feels like its a complete breath.. How many of you have the same problems?? Please tell..

I think one of the reasons for shortness of breath can also be due to Acid Reflux Usually people suffering from it, get shortness of breadth because during our sleep, if we are sleeping flat, than some of the stomach acid escapes to our lungs. This is very rare with acid reflux patients but can be one of the reason for shortness of breadth. Now how to curb is very simple make few lifestyle changes such as indulge in workout, eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed and most importantly buy a wedge pillow or a sleeping recliner to sleep on.

This makes sense about the lungs being more in the back, I always thought they were more toward the front. Just read today where they are putting Covid patients on their stomachs as soon as they come in because on your back your other organs move up and press down on your lungs making it difficult to breath. It also raises the oxygen level in a matter of minutes to 95-100 even if the patient's is down to 65. It has kept many folks from needing ventilators.

@@mortis3732I was the same 100% NOT getting the vaccine and so against it, I thought the media was hugely exaggerating how bad Covid is but in recent weeks things have gotten really bad in Australia. Several of my relatives that are young, fit and very healthy with no obvious underlying health conditions are in hospital fighting for their lives. I also lost family members overseas from Covid.
I go for walks everyday and I'm seeing paramedics driving past every 10 minutes. My friends that are nurses are telling me how swamped they are with Covid patients, and most of them haven't gotten the jab like my family members in hospital. We're in lockdown still so I can only imagine how the hospitals are going to deal with this pandemic once everything reopens next month.
I know the Covid vaccine hasn't been around for long and there may be risks, but it comes down to what's the best option? Getting the Delta variant or getting vaccinated?
I myself haven't been sick in over 10 years and I have a very strong immune system. I'm young, healthy, very fit and take loads of supplements, super foods and eat healthy but I decided to get it to protect myself and my elderly parents. I've seen what it has done to my loved ones. At the end of the day, I respect everyone's decision whether or not they get vaccinated it's your body and we all have free will. I just wanted to let you know my perspective this Covid is serious.
