      This was great, I've been looking for "neck pain" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Honarlett Undocumented Victory - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.

    I've a videographer and don't have great posture when I edit.....so I get the worst headaches from neck and shoulder tension. This video saves me every time! THANK YOU!

    As a mom who has a VERY heavy 18 month old and other daily streases, I have a lot of tension. Guess where I hold it? Right in my neck and shoulders. Tension in these areas give me tension headaches. Every time I do this sequence, I have a great night sleep and wake up with minimal to no pain. It's the only thing that works. I'm so grateful for you posting this and all your videos. Thank you for clearly talking us through it, as well. Amazing. Thank you!!!

      I was suffering from light pain in my left shoulder. I followed your yoga just to get releif and it act as a painkiller. And actually i got releif. Thanks. Will do it daily

    The pose that gave me the greatest opening was clasping the hands to my waist at one side, leaning the head towards that side shoulder, and breathing into it. Thanks, Sarah!

    rolling elbows was the best for me ! and the music so realxing ,i first watched your videos last year in may when i had an anxiety attack,it was bad so i started doing yoga.I found your 10 mins relax video for anxiety here on utube and i am so happy i did,that video was the best and it still the best ten mn yoga for anxiety ive ever done..i even showed it to my coworker at pharmacy .Thanks sarahbeth!

    I came home with a very bad neck pain after a day long of bad posture in office. My neck pain was completely gone by the time I was done with this video. It feels almost like magic! Thanks a lot +SarahBethYoga.

    There isn't anything I don't love about this video! Your soothing and clear voice, the invigorating music, and especially the kitchen in the background. It just shows that you can take a few moments for yourself anywhere at all! I got the most release from the hands-to-waist, ear-to-shoulder move at the beginning. I definitely felt my headache lessening. So glad i found this. I'm going to do it every day. Thanks Sarah Beth 💓

    Eagle bending forward gave me a lovely stretch. I can't get the arms in the correct position yet and I can't bend forward far. But I had a lovely stretch across the top of my shoulders.

    OMG!!! This helped tremendously. The biggest opening for me was when I interlocked my hands and arms. That by far is my favorite! Thanks for making this video! It is easy for beginners, like me, to follow along!

    I can't believe I've never liked and commented on this video before! This is the first Sarah Beth video I found, probably soon after it was published, and doing it relieved sooooo much of my neck and shoulder pain. Eagle Arms to the rescue!! I've come back to it again and again. Thank you!

    Thank you! I'm a fashion student and I struggle with scoliosis. Bending over my work and carrying my supplies back and forth, along with the stresses of my studies, causes me a lot of back and neck pain. You are truly a blessing!

    Finally!!!! A good combination of stretches that actually work to relieve neck and shoulder tension.
    Very similar to what physical therapy pros have recommended, but add deep stomach breathing to relieve even more tension created by typical chest breathing (anxiety, stress)
    Congrats. If you make an up to date video of this topic it would be a hit again guaranteed.
    The frontal view works a lot better to see what you are doing and for reference.
    Also it is very cool that you actually look at the camera while doing the poses and try to connect with the audience like here at 5:40. This makes all the difference and makes me more engaged to actually do the stretches correctly. Thank you for the video and please let us know if you will be doing another one of these.

    This is amazing. I have been doing these types of exercises much more often now, partly because I’m getting older, also for the mental benefits and how it makes me feel. I just finished this for the first time, had some soreness on my shoulder, after the little chicken wing shoulder rotations at the end I feel like a new man. Thank you 😊❤

    Thanks! I was having pain between my shoulders due to excessive computer work. Your videos helped me to release the pain. I always tell my doctor, yoga is better than a pain pill! I like the quick routines for a break.

    The last stretch , the elbow circles, was my favorite. I've been having some shoulder pain the last few days and that really helped loosen it up and make me feel less tense and able to relax it a little after without pain.

    I have had a chronic pain in my neck/side/shoulder for 3 years, which is caused by tightened muscles and nerves being pinched because of the tightness. My only remedy is pain medication or other nasty pills... I don't take pills so I have been trying yoga, stretching, etc. Your video is the best one I have found for my pain. The last stretch in particular with the circles feels great. Thank you

    The shoulder circles towards the end of the video are great! The first time I did them my shoulders were sooo crunchy, like gravel! Doing this routine a few times each week has helped so much, no more crunching! :)

    Ive had a headache all day and I just did this session and I already feel the tension releasing. The biggest stretch for me was the interlocking arms in front to rest forward. I dont think Ive ever felt a stretch between my shoulder blades in all of my 43 years. Thank you!

    I've done this sequence countless times; I find eagle arms giving me the most opening. I'm far less tense through the neck & shoulder area since I've begun this sequence. Thanks so much for sharing your gifts!

    holy moly, i cried from release during the eagle arms on my left side. my left shoulder has been sore and bothering me all day from sleeping on the couch last night. it felt soooo amazing when i folded over and my shoulder just opened up. god it was euphoric!!! thank you sarah! i absolutely love your yoga videos.

    The pose where you put your hands interlinked on your waist and tilt your head down was fantastic! I have so much tightness there it felt as though my neck was going to rip, but in a good way, as I knew the stretch was working! Thank you so much :)

    The position that gave me the greatest release was folding forward with the arms crossed. This was great for tension between the shoulder blades. Thanks for the whole routine.

    I do heaps of road cycling so posture & neck get out of whack, and now I have a way to deal with it

    The last move where I rotated my shoulders as I held them was awesome. Followed by the leaning and turning of my head to each side. I'll be doing this routine quite often. Thank you

    Love this. I have fibromyalgia, chrinic fatigue syndrome, osteoarthritis, a few other autoimmune issues...so I'm stiff alot so this is helping as a routine. I believe the shift in genres of music is what is noticed. The tribal drum beat was a little much for the relaxing stretching and then to the folk sounding guitar tunes was just a little bit louder. It was about the same pitch as your voice. (Cuz your voice is soft and soothing) All in all I'm grateful to have crossed by your vids. Thx

    wow that was so helpful! my shoulders feel open now! I'm a violinist, so it's really easy to put too stress on the shoulders and arms. The elbow circle exercise at the end is something I'm going to make a part of my daily practice.
