This may be a random comment but... the thing I love about your videos is how you describe exactly what to do so well that I don't need to look at my phone to see what a pose is supposed to look like; I just listen to your instructions. This is the first time I haven't had to interrupt the flow, pick up my phone, pause the video, look at the pose on screen and try imitate ir, eventually work out how it's supposed to be done, restart the video... etc etc. Very frustrating and not flowing at all. With you though I just listen and when you say "Lace your fingers behind your head," I'm like ok... ok this works. Thanks for making it easy to follow. 🥰

I liked this practice, especially the tree metaphor with the roots, stand tall, bend but not break. 1 year later: still like this. Perfect for a short morning yoga. Just stand and breathe and slowly wake up the body.

would love if you could ever make a video that focuses on something as specific as what i have cause i sometimes get the worst pinched nerves to the point i sometimes lose sensation to my fingers/hands, but all your videos have helped so much and made it more bearable whenever the occurrence happens.

I did these right after my twin delivery and it helped me so much. I did it with my au pair and I used to pass out in the end After she left I dropped off and my neck back pain returned and I get sensory complaints now so hoping I can stick to the small videos which is all the time I can find to get back to my normal self Thank you
