ingredients:
3 boiled and crumbled chicken breasts
113 Grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
A bunch of parsley
2 chopped green onions
1 teaspoon oingano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup flour
to cover:
1/2 cup rusk (optional), possible without it
