1 Tbls. Cornstarch
2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
Whisk together to combine spices well. (This amount is equivalent to one package of fajita seasoning mix.) This can be stored with spices in a sealed jar. It adds so much great flavor!

Mel, I loved these recipes!! ❤ I watched it last night on our bedroom TV and not on my phone or tablet so I wasn't able to post til now, next morning!! The mex chicken with the cheese sauce taco with the cheese taco is definitely going to be tried!! But I will make all of them especially when I order the Southern Bell. I have to order on line because our Walmart in Ohio doesn't sell it but Amazon and Walmart sell online.

These recipes all look delicious. I love the little spin on the crack chicken recipes; my family loves crack chicken but it gets boring too. So I might try some of these switch ups. I love easy, and if I can make something that doesn’t require me to stand too long it’s better for me. I’ve got really bad back issues and standing/prepping to long gets the better of me. I watch and follow all of your great recipes, they are delicious. I have been using Formula L for a long time now. Formula L makes great swim biscuits...fyi!! The only thing that I do not do that you do use, is the pre-shredded cheese...I shred my own since I found out what they put in the already shred cheese. Thanks for all your recipes, and website!!

I could have added a tad bit more salt but gotta tell you my caserolle was perfect not liquidy at all. the dumplings were almost like bisquits on top. Hi Mel. I love your channel and your recipes. Please be careful using already shredded cheeses. They contain an antibiotic called Natamycin, and it's used for eye issues. Also, when it says "anti caking agent" that's not potato starch. It's powdered wood shavings, and definitely not good for you. Check the ingredients list, and you'll see Natamycin. So much better to buy the block and shred it yourself.

thanks for letting us know what the WW points are for the lasagna roll ups. I'm on day 25 of WW and loving it. I haven't lost much weight, but I sure feel better and my clothing fits better. Baby steps. I'm 65 years old, so I know it will be slow.

I personally would not like the alfredo with hamburger meat, but I do love the bacon, ranch, and cheese flavors with ground beef. Give it a try and let us know, tho. Thank you so much for watching
