Made this today with some rice, turned out great! Just as good as a Chinese take away (I usually order Honey Garlic Chicken). Had to make a couple adjustments as I was using double the chicken and didn't have any butter or garlic cloves. I used; - 600g Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless - Salt, Pepper & Garlic Pepper - 4 tablespoons Flour - 3 tablespoons Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Granules (instead of garlic cloves) - 1 1/2 tablespoons light Soy Sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoons White Vinegar - 6 tablespoons Honey Not the biggest fan of vinegar and its smell so ended up adding extra honey to counteract that, and only had Dark Soy Sauce, so used slightly less of that so the taste wasn't as strong. Defiantly subscribed after watching this video, as it was really easy to understand and the ingredients weren't elaborate. Its also nice that you have the ingredients listed in the description with their measurements (makes it easy to add to a recipe list). Only thing I would suggest is also adding a "Method" to the description (eg, "chop chicken into 1 inch cubes", or "Toss Chicken in flour until fully coated"), I know its already in the video itself, but having a basic written Method in the description makes it easier for copying over to a recipe list.
Coaching and reffing hockey for my kids while working nite shift. This is a great meal that’s fast and easy to prepare. Taste like our local Chinese restaurant. Thank you. Btw, kids love it.
I didn't have any honey but I had some Vermont maple syrup. I replaced the flour with gluten free flour. I used rice wine vinegar & liquid aminos to keep it gluten free. Came out good. Served with rice & fresh carrots & parsnips. I bet this recipe with be good with tofu, too. Thanks!
This is a really good recipe. It's easy to follow, tastes really nice and takes no time to make (it's quite inexpensive too). I have made it several times and is now a go to. Thanks 😊
I was going through chicken dishes, then stumbled upon this. Firstly, most of the foreign dishes i watched required many ingredients that we do not get in here in India (at least the region where I'm from). However, this ones is really simple without too much of anything even then the dish comes out super good looking. I'm going to try it soon. Thank you. 🌸

00:38, flour or cornflour?
Yummy ❤
yummie
Bagus video ini teman baik ku telah 👍👍👍❤❤❤
yummy❤❤
today was my second time making this, and i gotta say it’s pretty damn tasty. i’m a beginner chef, so it takes me about an hour though 😅
What's the best way to reheat this from frozen successfully?
nice, was the chicken crispy?
does it have to be olive oil or can it be any oil?
Hi! you can use any neutral vegetable oil for cooking the chicken.
Can I use apple vinegar?
❤❤
جميل❤
Looks so delish.
Which flour been used?
Self raising or cornflour I prefer corn flour....bung in a plastic bag and shake it way easier or a small container with a lid......make sure chicken is dabbed dry or it goes to gloop every time 😮
Good tip on the oil and butter I'll try that 😅
The music 🎶 is groovy.
The sounds grossing me out with the slurpy chicken 😂 recipe looks good
Same😂
i had to turn the video down... it became much more appetizing after that lol
Making this today...rice instead of wine vinegar and a sambal olek.
I didn't have either, so l used a dibble of apple cider vinegar. It was lovely😋
I did this recipe 4 times, but the chicken and sauce never turned out brown like in the video. My chicken was light yellow every time. Any idea why?
Maybe turn your heat up a little? Keep trying you’ll get it😊
I like chicken
@0:31 sounds familiar..
Wooooooow 😂

Amazing as it is, but i did some adjustments :
● Balsamic instead of white vinegar
● Added fresh ginger about 10 g sautéed with the garlic
● Squeezed 1 lemon a size of a pingpong ball
● 1 tsp white pepper
● sesame for garnish
Very helpful thanks!
So we can use any part of the chicken?
I bet it would be great with thighs. Or even pork
Easily adaptable to personal tastes.
chicke did a flip
🫣🤨sounds familiar 0:36
