- ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
salt
Black pepper
1 spoonful of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of mustard and I will mix it well

By saying herbs, She means fresh cannabis leaves, otherwise youtube would take her chanel down, and by her receipes I think it's only herb she uses for everything.
Super Yummy, please brown the chicken in the pan to caramelise it. Then bake in an oven to ensure it’s cooked through maybe pop some Parmesan cheese on top to give it a flavour hit instead of all that mozzarella. You could put some tomato or capsicum in the centre to give it more colour and flavour too. Pop some more herbs on top for colour as well. Try chives for something different. Your tastebuds and arteries will thank you. 😢
Maybe even a little paprika to give it a little melanin!

I made this, but I did a few tweaks:
-Red spaghetti sauce
-garlic powder, onion powder, and blackened seasoning
-spinach
-mozzarella cheese
-Mayo and mustard mixed
It was delicious and super easy
I would put it in the oven, ❤

It Sea Salt because it thick. I use Sea Salt too and mine looks thick. I don't use regular Salt 😊

I say all that is weird lol why not just make a real paste out of the Mayo or yogurt since neither taste like anything. Maybe add some flavor so when you taste the top layer it doesn’t taste like plain paste ? 🤷♀️

Thanks for the idea. I'm going to make something like this for dinner, tonight. I'll add some prego chunky tomato sauce, garlic, oregano and a dash of thyme. When it's done I'm going to do this a little differently whereas I'm going to sit it on a bed of angel hair pasta with vinaigrette.

I make this but with no mayo, no S&P., not all the other steps she's throwing in there, I just put them in the oven for 35 min at 350 and you can cut the chicken with your fork. I don't butterfly the chicken breasts. This is a recipe that's about 100 years old from WW or someplace, 0 carbs, no fat except a tiny bit from the cheese.

Per French tradition, fine herbs would be parsley, tarragon, chives and chervil. Whatever is in the video looks like 90% parsley with maaaaaaaaaybe some basil involved.
