So proud of you, my daughter is about to be 15 months old so is a year and a couple months old and really just adjusting to whole cooked meals after breastfeeding and purée food at 6 months. But as soon as I was pregnant I started to cook dinner every night I could. I’m now a stay at home mom and my man has loved how my cooking skills have evolved. We now have fun when he’s off work planning what we can cook together. 🩷

@@ThatGirlCanCook_ Oh my oh my, It was sooo good. It's interesting how you landed on 25 minutes at 400 for both rounds, it's spot on. Clearing the pan and then putting drippings over the top and not ever letting the thighs cook in a large amount of drippings is clutch. Focuses the flavor, keeps it less greasy, and put the drippings where they should be, on the top. I broiled, bottom rack just like you said, for almost ten minutes, and I got no burning, only better results.
So, ThatGirl, you've got a long list of great advice in just this one video. "Methods" define makes a chef a chef, so, hats off sis
