I was told they can only process 10 or so orders daily at best. I'm about 500 orders away and I ordered early April so I can only imagine where it is now! I'm hoping they can pull through cuz I've been generally impressed with them! Good luck with your plants!
Your kitty is gorgeous! His little feet peddling when you cuddled him was soooo dang adorable! Also, amazing unboxing. You’re super relaxing to watch. Can’t wait to see more of your videos. 💚🌱
Why do you stick the plants in water? Just curious since I’m going to be ordering from them soon and wanna know how to treat them after arrival! What’s your process once you get them?
Water is my preference, you can also use moss. Its to help the plant acclimate. Since they were not in soil, planting them immediately can shock them on top of travel/new environment shock. I keep them in water/moss for about a week or so. Then if the roots look good and the plant seems healthy, Ill plant it. I use water for most, but moss if there is a stump or bulb to avoid rot
Hey! How do you determine who goes into moss and who goes into water? When preparing the most do you just make sure the moss is moist not damp? Thanks!
Preference mostly! I prefer water but stumps and bulbs are more likely to rot in water. Yes, i make sure the moss is moist but not too wet. I spray but you can also dip it in water then wring it out

@@ElizabethPlants Thank you for letting me know that!! I'm glad they refunded you, I'll be crossing my fingers for the variegation ☺️
Wow! ❤️🪴
Can the stumps that are attached to the roots just be cut off and not harm the roots or plant?
Sometimes, but new plants can grow from it, so I prefer to keep them
Could it be separated and the stump still be placed in water for additional growth?
Not sure, I have not tried it nor heard of anyone else doing so. Of the plants I've gotten, most of the roots, if not all, are located on the stumps
What do you put them in after you get them-water, sphagnum moss?
It depends, water if there is no stump or if its not a bulb plant, otherwise moss
