I feel the same way about reviving plants! My mom has a syngonium at home that got super sun damaged when she put it outside. She's like, "I think I have to throw it out." And I'm like, "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" Haha We just have to give the plant babies a chance to surprise us 😍

I ordered from them in February and all plants arrived in excellent shape with good root systems. Today, the plants are still doing well and putting out tons of growth. My silver dragon Alocasia is putting out 2 flowers.

I'm still waiting for all of my plants from them. They've been super delayed due to COVID-19, which is not their fault at all. I can't wait to meet my new plant babies. DHL shipping is only $45 no matter how many plants you order, and that the best price I've seen from anywhere overseas. EMS can take as long as 3 weeks, so I would pay that $45 for DHL shipping. The communication with them has been great, and they said they would allow me to add other wishlist plants to my order if they come back into stock before my order ships. I did not see the Dark Lord for sale on their site, the one you got is gorgeous. The Sodiroi is on one of my order, I hope mine shows up looking as beautiful as yours.

I added terrarium fans into my propogation boxes. I just cut a hole and stuck it in. And it's amazing how much better my plants are looking. They are cheap on amazon, I highly suggest giving it a test.

Ok, two things... the big plants ship better, due to more extensive rootsystems, and being better resistant species to dry spells. And than... Sigh, what wonderful plants, unfortunately it's not fairly divided in the world, where you do not have to pay shipping import tariffs to buy these from Asia in the USA. You are very privilidged and fortunate! 🍀👍 I've looked at the greenspaces website and would love to order so many plants, but the prices, and then the tariffs on top, make it impossible... I've had an order in with them since early April, right now they're on order #1930 and mine is #2400 something so I can only imagine what they're at now.. communication has been ok but social media seems the fastest way to reach them. Honestly I'm surprised they're still sending UA-camrs plants to advertise seeing how behind they are do to the Covid 19 restrictions. Totally understandable seeing as they can only have a few workers in at a time but still. If you're thinking of ordering from them I would hold off for a bit honestly. Also to my Canadian friends just a heads up you need a permit as well to import plants so get on that as soon as you place your order!

Watched your both unboxing from greenspaces.id, and I believe (IMO) that smell came from Vitamin B1 liquid that used for the roots and keeping the plants healthy on shipping. But maybe I am wrong.
congratulations on this epic haul. I think Dark Lord is like chocolate in a plant...yummy! While watching this vid. I kept pulling my head set off to see if one of my animals was in distress. Then I though it was one of yours...until I noticed the cat sleeping on the bed and the dog trying to will the door knob open. Finally I realized it was the baby. I will be a bit wiser on that next time he is so chatty. Love seeing him from time to time. Best of luck!

I am glad you were honest in showing some disappointment in the plants and roots. Personally I wouldn’t watch someone who needs to overly upbeat/bubbly every second they are recording, it comes off really disingenuous and fake. I appreciate your videos! especially when I’m having a rough one.
I looked up dark lord and here a small plant (6-8inches) costs only about US$2-4. Of course I'm Indonesia so it's prolly the cost of exports and customs. Always loved gardenjng and plants and my niece's recent craze with houseplants kinda rekindled my passion in gardening. Waiting for my bromeliads to arrive.

@@Orholam5 Oh noo! I hope mine will be okay. They emailed me back to say they can change my delivery address so seems like they haven't shipped mine yet. I ordered all Philodendrons (burlemax, billiteae, gloriosum, pastazanum, and melanochrysum)
my experience with syngonium shipping are good. even though the leafs fell off, the stemm produced new leafs and the roots where normally good. So for me, it is good, even if she has no leafs for a few weeks, because she rehabs good.
