Thanks! Not involved in AD/basic training (although I call the playlist where I put this "basic training" anyway) or anything- just practicing to "fit the part." Do you have another video that goes 20 counts/minute instead of all the way at 48-50, and counts all the way up to 71? I saw that 20 is the typical Army speed, but know from this (and a friend) that "the navy [for a semester and a half she was at USNA] does it faster." (71 is the "100%" mark for army PFT)
Current personal record 140. I AM BIGGERING! Edit: yall I’m so dumb I wasn’t breaking 90 before. I can only go to 70. ….its better than nothing but not as good as like 140
@@fabiennepierre7907it’s mostly consistency I shot up from 100 to 300 in around a month/ month and a half with doing 4 sets of curl ups where I max out each set with a 3 minute break in between sets and doing that every other day really helped me go up
Thank you for the video. It is so much better then using a clicker.
The entire Mitchell Navy thanks you
I'm in the Mitchell navy too 😂

Fancy meeting you here PC
This is 2 fast I need the slower one
Get used to the fast cadence if your going to compete for rotc competitions
Also you can also slow down the paste
Coward
@@shawtylikeamelody_3041 many rotc competitions use 3-second cadences rather than 2-seconds (at least in my area)
@@milaedwards4394This is the cadence they use for Navy Nationals and this one is the standard one for all NJROTC Competitions according to the LOI
