I love San Miguel, my mom is from Celaya close by. Im looking at buying there and have a lot of local friends who are natives of SM. If we do buy a 2/1 or 3/2 what type of monthly rents can you charge in dollars? Also how is highspeed internet there for transfering larger files? What affect has the new president has had on US / Canada. And why is Mexico making “ life” so difficult for visitors ? Aren’t they over- building. How is Mexico gov contributing to newly built home ?
