Built on an A34 Comet. There's a few of these conversions floating around. I've seen one in the US, comes to Midway Village in Rockford for the World War II Days re-enactment most years.
For the chassis this STuG replica is based on, I can’t really tell, they did a really good job with the replica. The road wheels and suspension looks like a Cold War soviet tank, maybe if T-44 or smth.
@@Meloniumkavain2 I figured that out after a convo with a friend, although honestly it’s such a good replica I could hardly tell, thought it was a Chaffee at first
words can not describe how much i love this vid because i love squire and i love stugs. more specifically stugs with saukof mantles and coaxle mg ports. great vid and the joke about the moc up is hilarious with how common it is for them to have 5 wheels i love this vid defiantly my favorite squire vid. btw who ever made this moc up(most likely reenactors or a museum) did an amazing job it looks fantastic
Why did every StuG in 1943 join the party? Because they were tired of being the "unarmored" ones in the room! (Guess they figured it was time to add some "punch" to their reputation!) great production!
wow isn't that an FV 432? they've done an excellent job at making it look like a StuG, besides the wheels and it looking a bit long I wouldn't be able to tell at all

Love the video, though I love any video with tanks... though call of war kinda hates its players
Can I just point out, Squire and team actually went through the trouble of getting actual StuG crew uniforms right.
Any excuse to buy a new German uniform!
I mean...what?
@@SquireComedy
Not a actual stug, as the stug had 6 road wheels per side, not five, so this is a replica lol😂
@ethanmb116 Umm... they're all talking about the crew's uniforms specifically, not the tank...
@ethanmb116 Which stug.
I was expecting the boys to be walking around in a giant refrigerator box that is marked StuG on the side in crayon.
To be fair, that'd be better.
If the lads had the budget of a 1960s movie that would be the case.
Pretty much the same

I’m glad people are maintaining old WW2 equipment just for Squire videos
It's not a StuG. It's an old British APC in dr*g.
its a replica stug

Not a STUG, as they point out, too few road wheels.
Nice replica though.
Pssst, keep it quiet but they have connections at the Tank Museum.
A replica built on an FV 432 chassis.

Always fun seeing you guys in actual tanks and not with cardboard cut out guns and war thunder voice overs. Proud of you fellas
Your cardboard skills have gotten quite impressive
You wait. There's a cardboard video coming.
remember when squire had to use warthunder to do these types of skits?
Remember when he did nature documetaries?
Squire must be getting quite fraternal with the gents at the tank museum, they even let him borrow a stug for a quick drive to the pub
Went from war thunder skits, to driving a StuG 🤣

Yes, they've really come a long way. I can't even tell that the tank is made from cardboard.
FV432 (Bulldog?) or Abbot chassis. But a lot of really good work to get that superstructure spot on. Another great video!
