Meaning, it usually takes at least two trips to the dealer. 1st - to have a tech look at the problem, to confirm it is under warranty then schedule a repair date. 2nd - Go back for the repair on the date. Gas, time and money. My problem - AC Blower Motor - engages, then winds down to then near nothing or off. The Coldness / Heater and internal / ac button, and floor, defrost, front selection buttons all engage and seem to be operational. (even when the blow is not spinning or is just trickling out a little air). I've stopped turning it on/off to avoid burning out something if there is a major issue in the electronics. Your video at least allows me to check out a simple fix (if possible) regarding fuses and relays) to check and maybe fix (buy new fuses / relays) myself or once confirmed Ior if fuses/relays are expensive) take my vehicle in for the warranty repair (at least having a little awarness of what it might be - fuses/relays). I don't like just being totally dependent on the service personnel for scams and overcharge issues. In any case, your video was straight forward, and gives me something to check out before calling the dealer (my vehicle is still under the 3 year / 35k mile warranty. But, since I'm at 26k, this "major" and most likely if a "major" AC component repair (probably one of the big three (1) engine, 2) transmission, 3) AC) of repairs, this repair seems very suspiciously right at the edge of my warranty ending - So that tells me that at 36,100 miles all my systems will start failing. Side question - is the extended warranty service option worth it? - extends to 150k miles / 5 years plus?
Hi mate i have ford transit 2017 2.0 and my air con doesn't work . I noticed that i don't have ones of the two litter fuses you mentioned in the video. The other one far left next to the pink fuse is missing. I tried to put one fuse there but there is not connection in the module it just like sitting in an hole but definitely not gripping on the control module. Do you think the air con can work without that fuse??
I’m having issues with the blower. I replaced the resistor and got nothing. How can I diagnose to make sure that I need to replace my blower motor? I have a 2016 Transit 350-HD 3.2L

I have a 2015 Ford transit-250 the blower motor comes on and slows down and shuts off
Following my 2018 doing the same except it comes back on and does not do it everyday
