thanks mate this video helped me to no end in doing this job on my Transit..fan back to working on all speeds. One thing I noticed my old relay was heavily corroded, I sprayed the new one with Inox lanolin oil spray to stop this happening again. 👍

Update! After watching this, I changed mine in 25 mins. Actually not a bad job. You can just get a 1/4" ratchet on the T20 bolt to get the resistor out. Excellent video, thank you.

Hey, great video, thanks. My custom has a weak heater, not very hot on full heat, thermostat on motor is fine and runs perfect, just has a luke warm heater, any ideas?, cheers

Mines the same, im going to do a core backflush to see if it helps. I will let you know. Or did you get yours sorted?
