This was my introduction to Liliac back in 18. They have been my favorite rock band ever since. Great Videos. Incredible Covers. And now Awesome Originals. 🤘🎶🎶🤘
Like others have said, you will need several more weekends to watch all their videos. I sincerely hope you dont stop after this weekend because I am really enjoying your reactions to Liliac. I want to see your reactions to every one of their videos.

One...of the best cover bands out there. Its a shame (with all that talent) they wont ever get as big as they could be. Thank their daddy for that. He failed playing music and is doing the same to his kids. Really liked this band at first then realized they wont go anywhere or be allowed to control their music until Pop retires or just goes away.

🤘🦇🤘 The Trooper is a Must do! Mystery & Dear Father will bring you up to where they are currently at. Both originals, and new videos. For closing a weekend out, such as you have done so far, those songs IMO are perfect for an ending.
You should watch the trooper it's mind-blowing, melody's take on the Janis Joplin classic a piece of my heart ❤and jefferson airplane ✈somebody to love are great songs 🎵too.
How about that Bass line in this song by Melody though while slaying the vocals?

The Piece of My Heart is another live from Cummings, GA. She gets the essence of Janice. Gotta do the DIO Cancer fundraiser Tribute Last in Line for a current Liliac. And then any of the originals are Awesome. I was 12 when Paranoid first came out. Sam upgrades the sound with harmonics in the beginning and the original solo was not like what Sam did. Just updated it for me. Then Melodia sang like her. Not Ozzy. But still gave you an Ozzy vibe. Sadly, all good things must come to an end. I really hope you still keep Liliac after the weekend and I hear from you with Liliac in the future. These kids are special and special doesn't come often. That was always my one complaint with Paranoid, it's way too short. Especially when you have a band like Liliac slaying it.

I respect how she changed the lyrics in this song to fit her gender, though she changed it back for the Live gigs. Instead of saying woman, she said man, and instead of saying she, said he. You're only the 2nd Reactor I've seen to catch that changeup.
DC & D Reacts, you know how you said you hated when Linkin Park made all their songs club mixes? Try this Liliac- Crazy Nights, it's an original that's pretty short but it could be a club mix or an anthem or a crowd participation song. It's uniquely Liliac though, I just want to see if you can get with this song. This might be the only Liliac song that makes you go eh it sucks, or you might love it.

Originals for tomorrow? "Nothing"; "Dancing In The Dark"; "We Are The Children"; "Chain of Thorns" (the Radio Edit version is less distracting from the music for me as the video is of just the band playing); "Mystery" and "Dear Father" would be my top picks of the ones you haven't done yet but they're all good, not all their stuff has actual videos yet but it is on You Tube.
The Janis Joplin cover is live and they absolutely kill it but they also did a fantastic cover of "The Trooper" by Iron Maiden. You get to see Ethan do a guitar solo in "The Trooper" before he took over the bass from Melody a little later. I think he was 12 or 13 at the time and it was quite impressive. A lot of people think their cover of "I Hate Myself For Loving You" by Joan Jett" is actually better than the original,. I'm one of them. You need to do their recent cover of Dio's "Last In Line" soon as well. You will LOVE it!!! Their cover of Jefferson Airplane's "Somebody To Love" is also phenomenal, Darby Slick who wrote the original actually reached out to them after hearing their cover.
We'll be happy with anything you pick though, I haven't heard anything from them I haven't liked.

@@DCReacts1984 The Warning's remake of Enter Sandman. There's no guitar solo in it before the kid part, and for the kid part they had the drummer do it and modified her voice with voice effects, IMO it's actually much worse than Enter Sandman when they were kids, at least that one was natural and included the guitar solo.

The lead guitarist for The Warning only wishes she could ever shred like Samuel Cristea.
Besides you have already done Reactions to The Warning's best songs in Choke and Evolve, Atlas Rise, etc. That would be a wasted weekend. Do a Sabaton weekend instead.
I'd rather see you do Sabaton weekend rather than The Warning.

The Villareal sisters are ok, just not my jam.
I felt the same way but I'm really starting to like their more recent stuff. I never understood all the fuss over their original cover of "Enter Sandman", they were good "for girls their age" but no better than a lot of other kids that age. A lot of their previous original stuff didn't do much for me either, instrumentally it was good but the lyrics and vocals never hooked me. "Evolve" is the one that flipped the switch for me, love that song. The cover of "Enter Sandman" they just released a couple days ago is amazing if you can make yourself let go of comparing it to the original. They changed it up completely and it threw me off at first but if you take it on it's own merits it is quite impressive.
@@7thkansascav468 They did it really decently, but I will never ever like their vocals. That other singer is good tho.
@@cristyrawks6325 I heard Dany singing in an interview and it was NOTHING like what she does in their videos. She actually has a beautiful singing voice with excellent range, I was very surprised. I've adjusted as it were to their more recent vocals but they still don't grab me like MeloDio.
I have to be honest though, there have been occasions where I would have preferred Melody pulled it back a bit. Maybe she was testing the waters but it sounded like she was trying too hard. Her natural voice is perfect for their music and I felt a few times she was overdoing it. But I realize as an artist she has to try new things and different techniques and we may not all like them. Goes with the territory. From the videos that have come out of the Rocklohoma show her voice sounded much more natural during that set and it was great.
@@7thkansascav468 Well yes, she gets too overdramatic at times, I forgive her. lol As for the The Warning girls I an so sorry hun, I do not like the tone or timbre of their voices. It leaves me flat. I am so sorry.

Still not a big fan of their earlier music whereas with LILIAC within the first 3 lyrics out of Melody's mouth on The Trooper I was hooked and it's been a helluva a slide down the rabbit hole ever since LOL.
