2:08 For settime, you could also just go, say "settime 5 14 00" (Without quotes, naturally), And this would bump your day up/down to day 5 2PM. I think it's a bit easier to remember and all that. :) Hours (and minutes) do need to be two digit though, so if you'd want to put it to 6.02AM, it'd have to be "settime 5 06 02".

I haven't tried this myself, but if you go in an edit the "entityclasses" XML file, you can change every zombies max health to something really low, and that would do it. Or edit the "items" XML file for each weapon type, and change the part under each weapon that says "DamageBonus.head" to a really high number. Play around with the values and see what works for you.
I like this but, you go to fast, I have to keep pausing to see what you are doing. Don"t forget we are watching because we don"t know what we are doing. Thanks

Unfortunately, there isn't a good way to do it. Get to a complete other part of the map, far away. Close out and re-open and it should de-spawn them.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe that trophies are disabled if you use cheats or even cheat mode.

Lot's of information. Chunks is memory information about the game world, ply is player information, ent is other creatures, etc..

Could be both. ENT refers to everything except you. It does list their names though.

The server admin can disable this. You have to have admin rights to be able to use them anyway, so no worries :)
