The frame is designed by Harris Performance in conjunction with RE -- it is a new design, not one from 60 years ago -- thanks for the LB tour.

Good video bro, in fact just what I was looking for because I too have considerations to do uber eats or door dash on a bike, just so I don't have to use my truck (2020 tacoma trd sport, 6spd). Thing is I don't even ride yet so I would be taking my msf here pretty soon, but this is my quandry, maybe you can put my mind at ease. I've been considering Hunter 350 or Triumph speed 400 as a first bike but here's the thing: closet RE dealer is 4 hours away from me, while closest Triumph dealer is a mere 15 minutes away, thereabouts.
Logic tells me to settle for the 400 even tho my heart wants the RE, and this may sound dumb but I actually prefer the grunty burbly exhaust note of the Hunter 350 over the higher pitched squeal (more sport bike'esque) vibe of the 400. I actually think the RE looks a bit more charming, exudes more character to be quite honest. Ppl often will direct me to the 400 simply on account of the stats, but I don't even mind the 350 being slower.
But this is the crux of my issue: If i go with the Hunter, can my local dealer that sells Indian and Triumph, do routine service on RE? Or will I be turned away? Or is the simplicity of RE's single cyl engines and lack of bells and whistles make the bike easy to work on for them even tho they have no specialization where RE is concerned, since it is not sold in my region?

Thanks! Both are excellent bikes. I love the simplicity of the air-cooled RE over the liquid-cooled Triumph 400, but both get similar fuel economy, are similarly priced, and are about the same size. And yeah, anyone who cares about speed on either of them is riding them for the wrong reasons.
I think any independent shop would work on a RE, but I doubt an Indian/Triumph dealer would. That said, it's also incredibly easy to work on yourself, and I've read online that people have had RE reimburse them for anything that needed done!
But yeah, both are great bikes, and neither is the wrong choice.

Why don’t you give new Guerella 450 a chance .. I heard it’s a monster compared to this one .
