I remember when the concept for a Blues Brothers movie was being talked about, I thought it was the dumbest thing possible. Now, this is one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time. Maybe top 5. RIP to everyone in this film who are no longer with us and believe me the list is extensive. John Belushi, Aretha Franklin, Matt 'Guitar" Murphy, James Brown, Ray Charles, Cab Callaway, Mr. Fabulous, Donald "Duck" Dunn, Carrie Fisher, Henry Gibson(head Nazi), John Candy, John Lee Hooker, Kathleen Freeman(The Penguin), Steve Lawrence, Jeff Morris(Bob), Charles Napier(Tucker McElroy), Paul Reubens(Chez Paul waiter), Ben Piazza(Chez Paul patron Jake kept messing with), Ralph Foody(police dispatcher). There are probably a host of minor and background characters also gone.
