Funny, you 2 have the same type destinations for settling down as us. Its always about water. We live on the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola, FL. We love Thailand but fell in love with Crete last September. Don’t put down a penny on a house until you visit Matala. Small and quiet with a hundred outdoor restaurants. And “Red Beach” is incredible. There is one negative. The water is only warm for about 3-4 months. Guess you need a place in the Philippines also. Good luck, Hobie

If you're travelling up through the Dodeconese Islands, keep heading further north and make it to Lesvos. Beautiful Island, especially in the north (Molyvos, Petra, Sigri, Skala Eresou). Such diverse landscapes - from pine forests to desolate petrified forests, and stunning beaches. Well worth visiting!!

Glad to hear you're going to visit Rhodes - just returned from a week. The medieval Old Town is beautiful as is Lindos albeit swamped with tourists. If you wanna try kite surfing then I recommend visiting Theologos. You must also do the day trip to the nearby island of Symi. The harbour here is the most beautiful in the whole of Greece in my view. Enjoy and keep up the amazing vlogs 👍

Kefalonia is often a forgotten island as people flock to the well known names but if you get the chance to show it to your viewers I don’t think you will be disappointed 😊
If you haven't gotten yourselves over to Sifnos, consider it, pretty sure you'd enjoy this lush Greek island. The most green with vegetation rather unique to Greece and of course being famous for having the best cuisine in all of Greece beyond the usual beautiful beaches, mountains and fortunately too, not highly touristic!
Great videos as always ! suggestion: Karpathos is one of the best destination for water sports near Makris Gialos beach, just under the Baja Bar. The special thing about Meltem wind is, that it is not thermic wind, it blows all day. In the main season (mid June till mid September) the wind blows non-stop everyday and has the power between 5-8 Bft. Off season (May, June and September), the power of the wind can vary between 4-7 Bft. A video about your windsurfing initiation would be cool. Best.
I am in Croatia. Arrived April 24. It's warmer here and looks better and I used to think that Greece was it. In October I will see Crete again. It's warmer than Croatia at that time.
