Not a fan of the wheels but rest looks stunning.
Totally disagree - wheels are perfect!!! From a designer perspective I would have kept the grill black to compliment subtle bronze accents on rear of car.
Agreed, the wheels age the car in a direction that doesn’t match the aesthetics of the refresh. But I’m poor so my opinion doesn’t matter.

It's his car and I'm glad he enjoyed this project and what it looks like now, but i can't help but feel like the classy look of the original is absolutely ruined now.
Would have loved to see it just restored to its old glory. This DBS was a huge reason for my subscription to this channel.

I must admit I'm not a fan of this colour scheme. (same goes for your purple GT4..) The DBS is a great car...it doesn't need to be pimped in gold....unless you're driving in Dubai..

Love this project and the direction Aston Martin is heading. We are actually planning to do a similar project with our 2010 DBS at AM Works. Unfortunately had a very disappointing visit there last weekend. Although I was already in touch with someone at AM Works for organizing the project before. Nobody really wanted to help me or talk with me, even when I said that I actually came a long way from the Netherlands. I have to admit the woman at the front desk was very friendly and did her best but her colleagues didn’t. This makes wanting to start a project like this a much less joyful and inviting experience, we are seriously considering not proceeding with the project and diverting to a different party.
I wonder how a devoted owner as Mr Stroll looks at this? While he is putting so much effort in making AM a succes and a real competitor with the cars from Maranello.

Every DBS is an absolute work of engineering art & will continue to be even a century from now. With that said, this bespoke Lennox Green one is a masterpiece.

Wow wow wow !! I’m not a fan on Aston martins BUT this has changed my mind. The work that has been done here is incredible and the wheels and bronze detailing is on another level. Lewis is a true craftsman. What a machine !! Stunning
Sadly I'm inclined to agree about the wheels not being so great. I'm not sure if it's the design of the wheels themselves that perhaps don't carry the gold that well, or possibly should have gone a bit more bronze than gold. I'm sure however, if I was to see the car live in decent light I would probably retract everything I've just said!!😁
I would fancy the same spec, but with silver instead of gold accents.

Personally think the wheels and front grille are too in your face. The bronze needed to be more subtle. The rear is best angle. Badges are superb.

I really hate to say it, but I'm not a fan of the bronze/gold. A bit brash, a bit Arab. Love the machine but not the detail. Sorry James. Maybe if I see it in the flesh I will probably change my mind

I'm not going to lie but at first when I see the wheels the ones you have chosen were the last set I would have picked, but omg that wheel with the gold brake calipers set the whole car of, is it just me or does Mr jww have a good eye for the spec and as we all know, it is not a easy task to do...

I spent 10 years on the second floor of the building opposite making the wiring harnesses for the Virage, Volante, Vantage, V8 Coupe, Virage LE, LWB Volante & Vantage LM.
The colour is great. But the gold accents and wheels look really tacky. But as long as James loves it. Incredible execution though.
As an American I wish I was around more of the British higher end classic V8 muscle like AMR does so well and the color 😎😎😎 Mr JWW is on the cutting-edge, especially if you’ve seen the GT4 RS paint and clear coat vid…the color combo on that Vantage is the def of elegance…

It looks amazing from stem to stern. The little gold and black accents are amazing but I think it needs a different style wheel. The carbon would look killer with some gold threads in the CF.
It just brought a new life onto that car, I think DBS in 10 years will be really nice modern classic really great platform for restomods (lights, steering wheel, dash and infotainment)

I always found Aston Martin as a brand Classy, their rumbling engines does not suit the branding.. its supposed to be a Grand car, not a new-money car, to me.. let Lamborghini be in the trench with their filthy cousins, Ferrari and Maserati..

Customization gone too far.... Although the green color is fantastic, the gold accents are way too much in my opinion. I would have left all chrome / silver, including the wheels. But that's very personal

Aston Martin is such a bespoke brand. Between the beautiful design, the Bond heritage and it's racing heritage it really is a special brand. It's never really been a viable business, but somehow it prevails with panache. I think that is very special.
I had a connection with the Americas management and realize what a small business it actually is. That said, it is very special, and we are blessed to have it.

I take delivery next month of a Panerai Bronzo with a green lether strapbronze & green perfect colour match.🤩
Should have kept all the accents gloss black with silver or black wheels. Paint color is perfect but the bronze accents are too much. At least go back to black wheels n black grill.

Stunning, I would only have cognac leather interior and maybe black out the rear lights and the headlights, it's strange to have bronze and that silver together.

I think that a pin stripe on the back black trim piece near the trunk would draw your eyes to the bronze badging and complement the rest of the look.

The DBS is easily the best looking car Aston Martin has ever made, in my opinion.
Absolutely sexy. If I get a Triumph street triple or speed twin this is the color I want to paint the bike.
Wheels should be silver.. too much with the calipers also gold. The shade of green is as good as it gets. Beautiful
