For those wondering, this car has four primary catalytic converters that have not been changed or altered in any way. The secondaries serve more as restrictions than anything else, as the primaries are more than enough to handle the main emissions requirements of the car.
The secondaries are there to spoil the fun.

check out those aventadors in japan that has those high pitched sounding exhausts like stardropper or the brilliant and the gintani svj aswell sounds like a murcie
No wonder, it got the same firing order. It really sounds so much different in its stock form because Aston Martins have quiet intakes, restrictive exhaust systems and a different cam profile. If you make it more aggressive and loud you can hear it’s sound is almost the same.
Making that v12 sound the way it was destined to sound. Since hearing the DBR9 I knew all Astons had it in them. Keep making that glorious sound, never failing to baby it of the line.

When I replaced the cats on my DB9 with an X-pipe the performance improvement was very noticeable right off the block. Worth the effort. Kept the rear muffler as is. Under 3000 rpm is quiet for local streets. Over 3000 rpm it sounds great.

Quicksilver make an exhaust that sounds almost exactly like this. You can get it on the Vantage Zagato, Vantage V12, DB9, Vanquish and DBS ironically enough.
To me this and the 458 Italia are the perfect combos of looks, sounds, feeling, and driving experience/speed. Perfect for being fast without too fast for regular roads.

Since it's just a fuse you could do like the corvette guys and put in a remote control 12v switch to turn that circuit on and off on the fly.

Been literally waiting years for him to finish many of his projects tbh. Losing focus on where he currently is on his projects to the point of not watching his uploads. Sad but hopefully he focuses on starting and finishing his projects.
I have the exact same setup on my 2011 V12 Vantage! I did the Velocity AP secondary cat delete and ECU tune about a year ago. Just put the same exhaust and it transformed the cars sound! I can't get enough of it! Sounds like its revving to 12,000! I have a 458 with an aftermarket exhaust and my Aston is definitely higher pitched at redline! I know I had the same grin when I revved it the first time!

That is my favorite car of all of his. Class, the sound, manual . The driving experience is nuts. You would never play (or could hear lol) the radio for that is your music coming out that exhaust.. Insane. That color is unique as well love the color.

Just a suggestion, fit a fused switch for the quiet mode. More convenient than having to pull and replace the fuse.

Hands down best sounding DBS out there. From the inside it sounds A LOT like a Carrera GT with the roof on, great job man. I always loved the stock DBS open flap sound especially cold starting, but this is next level.
It sounds like a V12 Ferrari of the 70’s to the 80’s.
That's really nice, man. I've gotten so addicted to Capristo exhausts, I'm especially thrilled with the one I got for my 2018 GT350. The Voodoo magic really comes out of its V8 now (and some fire, too).

Awesome car and it's fun to see someone enjoying that runway. I grew up around that property and still enjoy hanging out there.
That V12 is a British manufacturer's attempt at putting two American made V6's together, that was designed with the help of a British tuning company, originally based on a joint venture by two Japanese companies with input from the Germans.
Truly a global car.
And it is spectacular! What a result!

@@richardharrold9736 Yup! I had an older Fusion AWD with 6 of those 12 cylinders. It’s a great engine IMO.
@@Litestorm17 it's a shame the V6 was never bored or stroked beyond 3 litres, whereas the V12 was taken from 5935cc up to 7.3 in the One-77 - stroke went up from 79.5mm to 87.8mm, bore increase gave the rest of the rise in swept volume. There was still a bit of room left in the block, you could bore it out to 7.95 litres (or 3975cc for the V6), leaving 4mm metal between the bores...

As far as I know, there aren't annual car inspections here in Florida. That's not to say that if a state trooper is having a bad day they would string your ass up over a loud car. But in normal circumstances, Baby Jesus can sit this one out and work on hitting curveballs!
