Hey Cass. Can I presume that if I'm only 5 foot 3in & my arms and legs are short the seat will not move a lot from the catch to the length of the row or is that incorrect?
At about 4.48 you explain that a common fault is" bending of the knees to soon". "Once the hands past the knees". You appear to to bend the knees too early all the time watching your video. I have tried your tips which is doable but I feel I'm missing out on the leg work once I have waited for hands to go past knees. Watching other peoples videos they don't seem to have an issue knees being bent.
