Really like your video, and your wire skills are beautiful. I think you have your polarity backwards though, the anode is hooked to the positive, and the negative is collecting the plating.

I cannot read the label anymore due to its deterioration in humid Florida, but wondered if this is the same solution you use and if time may have ruined it.

Gold plating is a different process altogether.
How many times can you use the coin?
I have used this protectant clear product on rings. As it drip dries I get a hardened drip hanging from the bottom of the ring? How do you avoid that?
Keep removing excess drips until they stop

5V is plenty

Bake it after the final dip has dried to the touch.
