    For over a decade, i have been a blademith, making swords, axes, knives, all kinds of sharp stuff. This is a great video that was shot very well. Your shop is on point, and your work tables are very efficiently laid out. Loved that all the work was done by hand. I would rate this video a 10 out of 10. Awesome job

    Вещи сделанные руками человека наполненны душой и энергией. Они особые. Это мысли и воображения материализованы в наш мир.
    Как же это прекрасно видеть и наблюдать работу мастера.
    Я с детства мечтаю попробовать какое либо ремесло, подобного плана : ковка металла, ювелирное дело. Но всё время что-то мешает и отвлекает от этого.
    Увидев ваш фломастер вспомнил, что у меня был такой же. И понял. Быть может вы из России. И начал искать в видео ещё зацепки и Нашел. Здравствуйте )

    I tried a twisted wire ring a few days ago, my issue seems to be the soldering process. I use soft solder and before it melts or "takes" the heat removes the plate from the wire affecting the whole look.

    • @jewelator
      @jewelator  Місяць тому +4

      Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds like the soldering process is indeed causing some challenges. Using a heat-resistant soldering block or clamp might help stabilize the wire and plate during soldering. You could also try using a medium or hard solder, as they require higher temperatures and may prevent premature movement of the plate.

    Рекомендовал бы розовый отбел от Сапфира(порошок). Работает нахолодную и не парит, чем выжигать себе легкие парами кипящей лимонки. Поверьте, пульмонологи одобряют.

    Nice! I’m really interested in that torch system you’re using, I cannot understand what you’re pumping with your foot? I know it’s something to do with the oxy/fuel but they’re in pressurized tanks right? Thank you, could you clarify my ignorance?

    • @jewelator
      @jewelator  Місяць тому +2

      Thank you for your interest! The foot pump you’re seeing is part of the air control system for the torch. It regulates airflow, which helps me fine-tune the flame for precision work. The oxygen and fuel indeed come from pressurized tanks, but the pump gives me extra control over the intensity and balance of the flame while I’m working. I hope this clears up any confusion!

    • @shanek6582
      @shanek6582 Місяць тому +3

If the statue of liberty were made out of sliver it wouldn't be green the way it oxidized because it's copper. It would be a dull worn silver and dirty. But would still be sliver. Copper oxidizes way faster in reality let alone some ppl.
