Good morning! I have a lot of respect for your work. despite being on the other side of the Americas, I really like your videos. I live in Brazil, but we don't have the option for automotive parts. God bless USA.

Man look at Josh getting older and wiser. Just a few years ago the old Josh would have just sent it last minute. Now the wise Josh says it’s ready when it’s ready. 😎

Josh.... you don't know me, hell I don't know you. You helped me once when you were a manager at PDD. Been following the channel for awhile, I also followed turba Tom (rip).... I can't help but remember him doing a lightweight brake setup on his truck, now I don't know the particulars of his accident, only than he ran out the back of the track and couldn't stop...
Please.... PLEASE before you do ANY serious run, hit those brake alittle harder and test them before the run. If you can, add it to a mandatory track day check list. Stay safe buddy and give it hell!!!

Curious why you went TBM and not wilwood? It looks like the kit is really simular. Even tho i hear alot about how great TBM is, they dont make anything for GM or Dodge 2500s.

The guys at Firepunk are amazing when it comes to customer service. I'm not a heavy hitter by any means, but I've had to reach out with a few questions, and they always treated me very well. How long would you say it toom you to get to the point you're at in the performance world? I haven't had my truck for long now, and I'm just trying to learn, and it seems like I keep breaking stuff and making really stupid mistakes that have me questioning my decisions.

I started out just like you, got my first diesel 05 Cummins in 2018. I would say it takes a good 5 years to really understand the platform intimately. Once you pull the motor, pull the trans you really start to understand how everything works, where everything goes. But to get on Josh's level it is more of an obsessive type of a person, and you can't be afraid to waste money and break shit. Breaking shit is where the real education comes from IMO. Keep with it, and read read read. Watch all his videos going back to the PDD days, and you can watch most of his journey. I wish he had started UA-cam sooner so I could have watched his old 12V days, but Josh is a rockstar and shares what he knows. Breaking stuff is what it's all about man lol, shit will break when you try to move 7k lbs with this kind of power.

@joshuaquilliam2887 I've been watching Joshs videos sonce he started, I've definitely learned a lot from him. Used his videos to rebuild my 48re, definitely still made a lot of mistakes and had to pull it 3 times before it was right. But learned a lot doing that, confident I could do it now much better
