As pretty as these raw dog food bowls appear on social media, Feeding your dog a whole raw egg (egg yolk and egg whites) everyday can lead to Biotin deficiency and the risk of infecting any humans in the house with Salmonella!
To have these negative effects with your pet you would have to feed them the raw egg daily. So simply avoid that.
SAFE AMOUNTS OF RAW EGG YOU CAN FEED YOUR DOG:
And just 1 Raw egg is all they need. No need to feed them 2.
And your small toy breed dog's only need half of a raw egg.
Only feed them a raw egg 2-3x a week.
I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND: FEEDING COOKED EGGS TO YOUR DOGS
Cooked eggs can be fed to your dog daily.
YOU CAN SAFELY FEED THE EGG SHELLS TO THEM: Egg shells are a great source of Collagen, Chondroiitin, and Hyaluronic acid and glucosamine. Which can support healthy bones and teeth for your pup!

I found vital farms pasteurized whole eggs. (liquid form)
Since it has the yolk, for biotin, and its pasteurized, I am hoping it is safe for my 50 lb basset. If I cook it, he will just eat the egg and leave the kibble.

Can they have any egg shells? Someone mentioned only organic egg shells

I'm no expert but I'd say so might be a problem with weak stomached breeds that rely on kibbles but any breed that can eat bone can digest an egg shell and foxes eat them all the time with similar physiology, I feel like bone would be a better option in terms a calcium though because it's a slow release over time instead of any being wasted, again I'm not an expert and this is based on nothing but my logic backed by zero science or research and I have no idea about your question in regards to organic Vs non.

She says in the video to to put the shell in the food. That it’s great calcium.

This is overly paranoid. Feed your dogs loads of eggs. Raw, cooked, with shells, everything. They are hugely beneficial and the worries here are over very rare occurrences. Vet info can be weird. I’ve heard them threaten to report people over not getting their dogs vaccinated for rabies. Do you know how many domesticated dogs had rabies on average in the last few years in the US? It’s a whopping 2. These days “experts” can often be functionally more like paid parrots and pharmaceutical sales people

That's exactly the type people that run my animal shelter. Pretty sure they also sale them online and then tell the city they got "sick" and had to be put done. Yet they sold them online. They are all about money and not the dogs health. They will neuter dogs at 3 months when the "clinic" they call it comes in town. They offer free surgery, unless you adopt a dog then you pay for it. It's fn rediculous to neuter at 3 months. They don't care about the health of the dog

It really does seem like dog's diets are becoming closer and closer to human diets the more we domesticate them.
