Hi Doc, I make a homemade food for my havanese. I just sauté with little coconut oil my ground pork/beef, grated sweet potatoes, grated carrots and cook brown rice. No salt and spices.
I totally agreed all of them but except garlic. Feeding reasonable amount of garlic 1-2 times a week is very good for their health ( I suggest you read Dr. Karen Becker "Forever Dogs). I feed garlic to my dogs, they have no issues at all. It is anti fungal, anti bacteria and reduce inflammation and yeast.

Hello po. Good day! I hope you can help me. My dog is a picky eater po. Nasanay kasi siya sa table food dahil mula nung narescue namin siya, table food ang kinakain niya. I'm not sure kung hinahanap-hanap niya yung lasa ng kanin at ulam or ayaw niya lang ng lasa ng dog food na binili ko para sa kanya. I'm very worried po kasi 2 days na siyang hindi kumakain. I share my apple and eggs with my dog but recently yogurt a little. Lately she has been vomiting her food a lot this week. She is really energetic but I am concerned. Her toys are all torn apart.. could she have swallowed chunks of stuff animal product? IDK

I disagree with the garlic.I have found that it helps in getting rid of fleas and tics if used in moderation.Some of it can be given once a week
