Let me give you an advice about that headache Scotty. If you drink beer, stick to beer. Headaches usually come early if you mix between beer / wine / alcohol. Stick to one one thing and you tend to not become as sick the day after. For the same amounts of alchohol, that is. If you drink way, way too much of one category you will still get sick, but not as bad as if you would have mixed catagories.
A youtuber can actually purchase fake subs. Many do. Just look for the huge difference between number of subs and the average number of views per vid. Some youtubers have 100,000 subs yet their average views per vid is less than 5000.

Imagine one of those old movies where the guy has malaria and is drenched in sweat and in convulsions. I wanted to go to the hospital a few blocks away but was too sick for a trike or taxi and couldn't figure out how to summons an ambulance. Bicol Express is a very hot and spicy dish.... infamously so... 5 Alarm Hot. I had it at the Hayahay in Dumaguete and made my own version when I got home to Canada. Although I don't normally like super hot, it was quite good. Just have LOTS of water on hand.
I took a ambulance one time in the Philippines after I got in the back I had to pay for the gas to get to the hospital. Should have just drove my motorcycle.
@@GAMMASP8 I was predicting something like that or when Andy Warhol was shot, the NYC ambulance driver told him that for an extra $50, they'd turn the lights and siren on.
@@GAMMASP8 whhaatt? damn really haha did you tip em too LOL
@@krikraks no they asked for 1000p they took me to a clinic half way to the hospital where another ambulance would pick me up. Glad the 2nd ambulance didn't ask for gas money too.
lesson 1 : if you are going to small villages, learn their language. They cant speak english for beans.
You are right
Philippines islands have different languages, good luck trying to learn them all. Just stick with english my man
@@mr.meatsoup5639 and tagalog as that is the main language
Next time you are in DIgos try the Lei Kendee. 800 per night and it is quiet there. It is within walking distance of the malls, grocery store and convenience stores. I slept well for many nights there. The A&B you stayed at is not far from the Lei Kendee. I stayed at A&B and it was a miserable night of poor sleep.
Thanks I'll probably stay there tonight! I'm headed to Davao but I'd like to stop in digos on the way 👍
@@psychshmones Most trike drivers do not know how to get there. Tell them to turn onto Roxas extension from Makar Rd then turn left immediately after the Asialink sign. The hotel is at the end of the dirt road
So many interactions ... and so many welcoming gals ....
Friendly people in digos
@22:33
Scotty Boy: What’s this?
Guy in restaurant: E-Coli express.
💩
Haha now that you mention it, it did sound that way 😂
Scotty they sometimes get not happy if you ask about a hotel room price a day u go look at another iv been told that it’s a no no I have been refused a room when I go back after looking at another hotel and he was mad
Be extremely careful my friend when you're crossing the road
Head aches are often caused by dehydration.
And too much caffeine
It's amazing how in America 😑if You have a camera out people get mad at you, but in a different country, they don't care they will interact with you....that awesome 🤩
First! Let's go!
Nice video Scotty Boy! I was hoping you would get both the Halo Halo and Mango float
Yep I would have pigged out 😂
Wow! An honest to goodness traffic light! Mind blown!
they are strict on certain things yes
Speak slower. It will help the locals understand you better when their English is marginal. 850 is a good price, but you did not check the bed spring noise or hot water at the Tess's motel type place. I did notice that the AC was open just blocks in the bathroom. During this journey, I was hoping that hotel #3 was Tess's hotel. But that is not the case. For A&B you only need money, no passport, and yes you will get change, later. At Mers, you have to love the desire to keep the bugs away from the food by placing the bug executor right on the display cabinet just above the food. Hey, it is the thought that counts, right?
Interesting. Digos used to my family’s stopping ground to stock up on fresh bread at a bakery there during the 70’s. Place was full of pedicabs and horse drawn carriage- hardly any cars.
70's wow I can't imagine how cool it would have been here at that time
Scotty , I did not like the way Philly framed that live Stream the other day ! (Classic Click Bait ) ! But I will say I think he respects you for your travels ! I get it UA-cam is entertainment. But it’s says a lot that he would focus a live stream on you and that other guy !
Obviously you are the winner 🥇 congrats ! Keep on trucking ! Hell I hope 🤞 you get more subscribers because of the exposure !!!! 😊
See his vid today hahaha
@@Regular_Guyph Omg 😆 that’s hilarious ! From the guy that said a while back he was done with Walking Street ! Lol 😂he lives on Walking 🚶♀️ Street ! Lol 😂 too funny 😁
Hands down the best UA-cam travel channel.
When some Filipinas speak too much English, they call that “having a nose bleed” 😂
My wife stays up all night nose-bleeding all over me😁
@shorelinesofandhra7941 speaking English all night long, nah she doesn't seem to tire of speaking English
Keep up the great videos buddy!
Luv your videos, they r different from everyone else’s…You do You my friend
I was in Digos in February of this year. I stayed at the Lei Kindee. It was clean and affordable. The nearby "The Chef Yard" was a great place to eat. I got my iced coffee at "Wing Master Silog" on the East side of Makar Rd. [EDIT: Wow! rght next to your hotel, LOL!] Nice little city with way too many yellow trikes! Haha. Great video, sir. I should be returning to the Philippines this October or November.
28:59 Hey Scotty, if you are still there, I can recommend "Bulca Chong" - it is just down the road from your place. Like end of your video, walk to towards the park, but dont go left, but right instead.
They have an amazing beef stew, very tender and big portions! People from Davao will know it and agree with me
And there is also another accomodation, "Kitty Inn", next to it.
PRO: Its very cheap! CON: Its all pink and with Hello Kitty motives all over it :D
Ok I can live with hello kitty thsts cool
Scotty, have you considered a book bag style bag that you can wear on your back instead of carrying your bag in your hand? Just a thought! I enjoy your vids my good man - see you got me talking like you 😂
Lol soon you'll be calling yourself Shawnroonie 😂
Fun to watch your Digos journey. You should use backpack instead of shoulder bag lol. It’s easier.
Love your interaction....!!! LOVE It!
You know you could use Google translate if you are having problems chatting with someone having issues with understanding you.
The hotel mascot was so cute! How much does cute as a girl you were talking to. It sure doesn't take Scotty boy too long to find a hotel, food, transportation, Advil, and Babaroonis is all in very short time! That is definitely key when you only have 24 hours to stay in town. Keep up the great Journey my friend.👍
Direct, the girl on street was cute and wanted to help, also good English!
Wow, so great to see that you visited Digos City, where I lived for the past 4 years. You even stayed in the same hotel as I did. A and B hotel. It was badly hit by the earthquakes back in 2019, but now it seems to be operational again. Digos is a super nice place to live, but a bit confusing in the beginning. No taxi cars there, only the yellow cabs tricycles.
The little shih tzu puppy took me be back to the Fawlty Towers episode where the Major asked the woman cuddling her dog 'what is it?' she replies 'he's a little shih tzu' Major 'oh really, dear dear dear - what breed is he?' 😂
“you are orally men”. (gotta love Manuel)
@@artkane6546 Que? 😂
Would it help to use an app to translate where they don’t speak English? Good vid Scotty… keep up the good work!
NO SHIT, OR AT LEAST LEARN A FEW WORDS. HOTEL, RESTAURANT, HOW MUCH FOR YOUR SISTER...
Dude is giving me a weirdo vibe with all the desperation.
i suggest you watch krypto trekker he just walks around and doesnt say anything... that might be safer for you to watch
My first video of yours! Awesome!! Mike from Tennessee, USA.
Thanks for your hard work making these videos Scotty boy ! When you're tour is over can you maybe choose 3 of your top places you might retire ?
We stayed there at A&B hotel back in June of 2022, paid 1000k a night. In center of everything, market, close to mall, and shopping centers. This place have a lot of beautiful women. The average fare is 20 pesos for regular distance. I always pay 50 pesos and never had a problem.
I have the same problem when I drink beer, it makes me feel like a new man and then the new man wants one...
Haha 😂
That lady on the street with the yellow top was a guy, lolol. I don't know if you realized it.
Adams 🍎 🍎🍎. Scotty did realize it which is why he kept walking
@@usaalways From the comments if he didn't, he knows now 😂
Remember my dear friend, stop taking pills for your headache
okokok
Thanks again Scott. Digos was a place on my list!
Just imagine how good your videos will be when you learn to communicate with humans …
He's getting there
@calslooking Just a matter of confidence Cal and he's gaining leaps and bounds.
Haha..I agree..Scotty boy needs to slow down his words & stop the looong sentences
Rude but true. I foreign travel alot. Our sentence structure is confusing. Just use simple 2 or 3 words. And learn simple Filipino phrases you use dozens of times in each video.
he won't change.... he admitted to Tim that he was awkward as a child...
Classic Scotty, I'll have the margarita (caldereta), no wonder she snickered, but we'll give you a pass Scotty, sounded like margarita through the mask 😂
Hi Scotty just started watching your channel after seeing you with Tim K. Watching you from Scotland
Hi Caroline
You funny dude! The good thing about you is not being picky 😂 Don’t you get tired of that heavy bag?
Its amazing how you love to travel raw dog sytle , gives a very unique perspective.
That is his sex position, too...
That lady boy tried to lock you down on the way to the restaurant
Little cities are the Best.
yeah especially finding the hidden gems
Scotty, you're getting close to 25 Thousand subs.. You have to treat yourself to a resort with pool. What's your celebration plan??????/
@calslooking The good thing Cal he is getting the views
A youtuber can actually purchase fake subs. Many do. Just look for the huge difference between number of subs and the average number of views per vid. Some youtubers have 100,000 subs yet their average views per vid is less than 5000.
@@clasvirhodes4969 I didn't know that.. I ve seen thousands of likes and 80 comments. What isn't fake these days.. crazy
Regular Guy,
Why didn't you interview some of the beautiful single ladies there! Ask them what they are looking for in a boyfriend? You could also ask if they are interested in foreigner men? It seems to me you get more views and more subscribers when you do ! Even among the people who live in the Philippines 👍
Give them 50 pesos for their time? 🤔
Just my opinion 👨💻
Great videos I try to watch all of them to plan a long trip with my younger brother
Scotty Boy, I've been watching your vlogs and absolutely love them. I do want to see more babaronies,!!!! 😂
She told you she’s 22 you got her 22 in your hand lol
Scotty, just wanted to say I really enjoy your channel. I especially thinnk you've a great story teller. Im in the USA but an moving there in 2 weeks. If you're ever in Lucban Quezon province id like to buy you lunch or dinner. Keep up the great work and thanks for all the great information .
So funny lol..how much i will give to trike man?
Lady says, 20.
What?😂😂
I could make a killing selling green and yellow paint in these places.😊
Now that's funny 😂
I think that you walking is good as that's the best way to get the layout of a new place otherwise you just whizz by and miss things that are interesting and gives more opportunity to talk to locals. You always make for an interesting watch. By the way it has been a very hot summer in Vancouver so probably not much different than there.
What camera are you using if you don’t mind telling, it seems very easy to film and to carry around, love your videos, very interesting, keep up the good work 👍🏻
