Making your choice, being Captain Tubing of your own boat, isn't irresponsible. You sustain youself, doing what you want, what you like. I believe a lot op people are jealous of you, just travelling around, doing what you love to do. So never mind them, please, please please.... keep doing what you do, in the way you do it, because you do it well

Yes Google maps suck in the Phils. I drove a small rental car from Baguio to Abra Bangued, Google maps said around 4 hrs. Took the shortest rt up the mountain pass, the road turned to dirt. No sign of civilization, we were on top of the world. 13 hrs later made it to our hotel right before sunset.

The only foreigners that I know that got in serious trouble in the Philippines were the ones that were really mouthy, arrogant, confrontational ... None of us were surprised when they got murdered or robbed at gun point. They are so easy to do that to for the Filipino criminal because they got a well earned reputation for being arseholes. Just be a good person, self regulate and as is the case everywhere on Earth, especially at night, is to stay in well lit places with people around. That's Hastings Street in Van and it's the Philippines. Having said that stay out of Jolo and you seem to be kind of inching in that direction. You will find it's so cut off from the rest that even the number of people who speak English drops off precipitously. And also beware of girls who claim to be single but are not.
This guy reminds me so much of Geo Godley. Got the same type of social awkwardness. I hope he does not turn out like Geo but Geo went full paranoid. Not sure what Geo's untreated mental health issue is but dude went from a normal good looking guy to a very weird, socially awkward, creepy 50 year old man.

Hanging lol.if that’s the case..I pass.young an perky does it for me.
Wow thats a nice tidy little town!
Good find Scotty, im loving these vlogs 👍🏼👍🏼
On the camera issue DJI just released the Osmo Action 4, its got pretty good low light ability as well as being reliable unlike GoPro's.
13:14 “I like to be surprised.” Perfect timing
yeah haha you can't script that stuff
Top of the day to ya my Scottie big boy!! Sometimes my brother you make me die with laughter! Your a blast !! God Bless ya !!!
Making your choice, being Captain Tubing of your own boat, isn't irresponsible.
You sustain youself, doing what you want, what you like. I believe a lot op people are jealous of you, just travelling around, doing what you love to do. And sharing you experiences with the world of tubers, provides you (hopefully) with enough coins to sustain your lifestyle. I just wish i could make that choice...
So never mind them, please, please please.... keep doing what you do, in the way you do it, because you do it well
I swear to god. When I watch Scotty Boy vids, I sometimes feel like I'm watching Trike Patrol.
OK, found you from my frnds post that you where with "Old Dog New Tricks" was a nice video you both did on his server. Good info for this old mid 50 disabled military vet. 😄
You heading to phils?
Yes Google maps suck in the Phils. I drove a small rental car from Baguio to Abra Bangued, Google maps said around 4 hrs. Took the shortest rt up the mountain pass, the road turned to dirt. No sign of civilization, we were on top of the world. 13 hrs later made it to our hotel right before sunset.
Thx4share beautiful Dapitan, home of the Philipinnes hero Dr. Jose Rizal. Dipilog city is very near, best wishes Scotty 👍🇵🇭
_"How can you be pissed off when you've got a setting like this?!?"_
Well, it seems you found a way...
Scottie, follow your bliss, my good man! Our time on earth is so short. Choose to live it, how ever you have to do that. UA-cam or whatever allows you to be happy. It's really the only important thing in life! Enjoy Dipitan and where ever else you go on Mindanao!
With the sun that hot, a hat of some sort and sunglasses are a must. Also, Filipinos avoid direct sunlight to avoid tanning, they come out after dark usually. . White skin is gwapo in PH.
That girl behind the counter , was kilig kilig for you! 👍😍
😅😅
You are right follow your heart ! I like your channel!
Construiction is bad "FUNG SHUI" LOOL.And you are right to do what you like to do and if you are good in and you can make a living of it, it is a profession you will enjoy, otherwise it may be a nice hobby. I think you are good and I can imagine you even on a stage some day.
I would love to live this lifestyle ! And like that little city.
Hike is like a miniature soyosan or dobongsan beautiful but falls short. One thing Korea wins on is the beautiful mountain hikes.
Keep You Tuben! There are a Billion Negative People Out There who are going to hate You, but there are 2 Billion who enjoy your Vids! 😊
Yo I’m from Chicago,. Easygoing people are welcomed around the world
Loved your explanation of why you UA-cam. I can relate. no higher ed, served 30 years with in state gov, and now i wished I went to Vietnam, Thigh-land, PH, etc. and just chilled-out on low income, but HAPPY!
I've found most people who criticize are jealous because they are afraid to do something like this.......
Anyway I'm still here rooting for you to get those babearoones 😂👍
Scotty Boy, you make me laugh, babearoonies with a high-notch count!!!
The problem with traveling to certain parts of the Philippines is that the embassy clearly advises against traveling there and that travel/health insurance and the embassy's help can be denied.
Same thing with lower southern Thailand.
I found Mindanao to be very safe. And I loved the people! And you are doing a great job. I get my house built you will always have a place to stay.
this was literally a bright video 🙂
One of the features of a story is Adventure
Hey thanks u do a good job at what you do so keep up the Good work man n I like your videos
Kind of you to say thanks
Well, you said you liked to be surprised, so the dog popped up to surprise you 😂😂
Much safer than MOST cities in the US...😔🙊
Keep chasing little Brownies mate, its what you were born for.
Fuck the trolls Scotty. You keep being you. You are living your dream by your terms. More so than the majority of the western world. They're just jealous.
I'm not sure I understand the fixation on hot showers haha. I mean, a cold shower in SEA is basically room temperature water, it won't even cause shrinkage. ;)
Cold showers are good for your heath too
@@WilliamFluery
I agree but sometimes you just want a hot shower to scrub the road grime off, plus it is relaxing and helps you sleep well....
Hope the break isn’t too long Scotty. Loving Scotty ‘s Philippines Adventures
Thanks!
Joseph wow thank you friend
Don't let them kid you, they wish they could do a you tube channel and be where you are. I know I am LOL. My wife is from San Carlows and in three years we will be there. Hat off to you Scotty Boy

hahaha, i'm dying. They are offended I said hunt the babe-a-roonis...well what that means is i'm going to hunt the babe-a-roonis! hahahaha, no apologies scotty boy! it is what it is.
I don'y know Scotty... the daily grind of any job is a killer, even youtube... when you have to do it, it no longer becomes fun.
cool
I liked and commented for the UA-cam algorithm
Hey Budarooni, find out if you buy your own extender, if you can easily connect it to their Wi-Fi
Your speech on the beach about why you became a UA-camr is the reason I just subscribed! Enjoy your travels and much success!🫡💯
Awesome! Thank you!
This guy reminds me so much of Geo Godley. Got the same type of social awkwardness. I hope he does not turn out like Geo but Geo went full paranoid. Not sure what Geo's untreated mental health issue is but dude went from a normal good looking guy to a very weird, socially awkward, creepy 50 year old man.
understand your videos keep it up
