I have the same sprayer. One thing you should be aware of is that if you stop using the sprayer for an extended period of time, the pump will dry out and next time you try to start the pump, it won't start. When that happens, simply wait a minute or so, then restart the pump and it'll start right up. The sprayer comes with a plug that lets your plug up the pump intake to prevent it from drying out completely but most people throw it away. So if you still have yours, you can use it during the off season.
Will it harm the plants in gardens?
Can you do a state of the lawn type video? Like the types of grass you currently have in different parts of the yard, HOC for each section, and maybe future plans? Love the content

I went with the FH25E and I’m very happy with it. I think it was some internal plastic instead of brass. Saved $40.

I have that exact sprayer and love it. The only issue I have is that it will leak around the top seal when you screw the top on. Speed Zone works great, and so does Trimec that I get at Tractor Supply.
Yep. My typhoon 2.5 does the same thing. Other than that, I love it.

Speedzone is the truth I did a spot spray last week I even hit my neighbors shrubs that grow over the fence and it smoked them. I had discoloration in like 4 hours.

Jimmy, I think you may have forgotten a couple of things to add to your sprayer tank when spraying weeds, especially the weeds that you showed in your yard. Since the weeds are broad leaf weeds that usually is a foliar application which would need a surfactant to stick to the plant leafs to be absorbed in to the weed plus you might want to add a marking dye to know where you have already sprayed so you do not over apply and waste product. Just some suggestions.
Speedzone already has a surfactant in it and if you walk in a grid pattern for spot spraying like he did, and are a seasoned sprayer, marking dye may not be necessary.
i did a combo of this and tenacity and it took out all the bad stuff i had in my yard. this is the first real summer in our house and the yard was out of control. not anymore.

I sprayed speed zone on my lawn and plant beds killed everything including my plants!

Depends on the product, so you'll need to refer to the label for your product of choice. I usually take the walk around the yard once a month or two. If new weeds have popped up they get sprayed, or if there is anything left over from the last application it will get sprayed again.

Jimmy you have the sprayer I want to buy.
So you use SpeedZone to kill most general lawn weeds , what about herbicide for managing Nutsedge in a tank sprayer like that one?
For nutsedge I've had good luck with Sedgehammer.

I don't.
I’ve done it both ways. The weeds might brown a little sooner with the surfactant, but Speedzone works so quickly anyway, I dont think there’s much benefit.

I assume this wouldn’t be safe for kids to be on the lawn after spraying. Also, what do you do with the left overs you didn’t use? 2 gallons is a lot for spot spraying a pristine lawn, I know you said you used just 1 gallon but still I’m curious about that
Yeah once it’s dry it’s safe. I used most of it. If I have a significant amount left I offer to spray my neighbors weeds. I have a wash out area in my backyard where I clean out my sprayer.

Jimmy is this more of a spot treatment herbicide or can you use it to blanket your entire yard if need be? what is best choice here? BTW, i'm thinking of buying this same battery operated tank sprayer too, I've read good things about it online. Thanks for the video.
It’s a great sprayer. Yes, you can use this for blanket treatments if needed. I’ve just never needed to use that much. Just make sure to follow the label and you’ll be fine!
love your videos- fyi I have the Sprayers Plus FH25E and I gotta tell you I couldn't be more disappointed in it. One pump went bad on me after a few uses- bought another one and that went bad also. Have contacted Sprayers Plus - e-mail only- they don't offer a phone number. They have not been very helpful. So from a service perspective my experience has not been good at all. I am reluctant to buy another pump at this point.
Sorry to hear that. If my experience is similar I will have no problem making an update to my review but I haven’t had any issues so far.
What happened to the flowzone?
Nothing at all. Used it at my parents place in the last two videos I posted from that project. I mentioned that I don’t need a 4 gal backpack sprayer for smaller tasks like spot spraying weeds or spraying pest control around the house.
Does speedzone need a surfactant or is that already included in the product?
I have had success with and without. I believe they do make another product that has surfactant already in it. This one doesn't, so if you want to add a surfactant you can.
There are DOZENS of reviews for that sprayer that report that it either LEAKS or is otherwise rendered USELESS as soon as received or shortly after!!
