Ive been consistently working out for a year now and had to take a break last week and was only able to work out one day. so the most useful thing I got from this video was a reminder that it’s okay to have to take a break and get back to it even if was a little set back! 💜

I am scared of deadlifts also because I have bulging discs in my lumbar area and sciatica runs down my left leg due to this with unilateral hip impingement on that side it's all on my left side and I haven't performed a deadlift in years I want to Sully try but I'm scared of the pain and I don't want to hurt myself
@@brittanysuppes hi, this is obviously not medical advice. I have a bulging disc and was prone to occasional sciatic pain. I did start dead lifting. Started very carefully and only increased the weight slowly. My back has never felt stronger. I have kept this routine up for a few years now.
I’m currently on week 7 of the Strong Lower Body Programme, loving it (Completed the Strong Programme last year). I finally got to 100KG for Sumo deadlift 🎉 I recommend the app to all my friends! X

It seems that most of your videos are geared to your female audience, however I’ve found them very helpful and useful with getting my glutes and core stronger to support and stabilize my lower back and lessen my SI Joint issues. I do a variation of your leg day, twice a week (sometimes thrice), and I have really seen and felt a big difference. Thank you so much for all that you do.
I love this!!I honestly want to see how you plan out your week or how you should plan out a week of working out dealing with leg or arm days and things like that.
I love all the little gym tips aside from the workout themselves! For example sitting on another plate if the bench is too high for hip thrusts, or even how you rolled the plates onto a smaller one to help you load another heavy plate. Those kind of things make it much less intimidating to someone who is newer to lifting weights!

I haven't been to the gym or exercising much in over a year. So I need to take it easy for a month. Will definitely have to give this a try when I'm a bit more comfortable in the gym using machines again. You're looking saucy ❤
Omg I didn’t go to gym for 2 months 😮 I’m still beneficial from the body I built with the app. Of course I’m not as perfect low body fat like the athletes from OA. I do feel all the effort I made still keep my body strong. My quads lose a little bit but my energy level is totally different compared to when I wasn’t exercise at all! I’m so grateful for UA-cam and Krissy!

I've learned some good tips. I've been working out with UA-cam trainers for almost 2 years and there is always something to learn from each of them. I just have a question. Does this trainer mostly focus on glutes? Because that's mostly what I see her in, glute videos.

This may not be correct but I assume it's because it's harder when you have to stabilise everything yourself instead of with a machine that keeps it in the same position.
Hi Krissy! Are you going to be dropping a new lower body program soon? Ive already completed strong lower body once along with other programs. Im currently redoing strong lower body and would love to have a new program after.
Actually, because isolations don’t cause as much central fatique and damage it’s fine to start off with one. You’ll still have energy for the compound lift. The other way around the compound lift will negatively impact your isolation results
i will definitely give this workout a try. though i have an issue with glute kickbacks, because i always train lower body wearing shorts and whenever i do those, the cable rubs against my standing leg and god it hurts sooo bad!! do you have any advice or tip on how i could change that?

I had the same problem with RDL. Start with a light weight (maybe just the barbell?)and just focus on your form . It might help *-*
