  • Welcome guys! This yoga flow class is to work on our active flexibility. Think of this as going into movements and poses without using any external support, eg blocks, straps or ground.
    Active flexibility basically helps to make your muscles stronger to support an increased range of motion in a joint, meaning you can safely stretch deeper. You can think about it as “strengthening while you stretch.” Because one muscles groups contracts, providing resistance while the other lengthens and stretches.
    This yoga flow is open for all levels; if you are new to yoga, keep your props with you in case you feel a cramp coming and need support from them.
