Eden respect... I see and like what you did. This is to show other realtors that you're N1....... They can show the house but you kill the deal. Congratulations
EO I like you for your hard work and resilience in what you do I’m so proud of you you’re the typical African woman who knows what she wants. Kudos to you 👏👏👏👏👏❤
So nice that it was good enough for a whole European to buy...maybe one day, I'll see a video describing how a house in Europe was so nice that an African bought it. I've been watching this channel for some time, though not religiously, so I've certainly missed enough videos, but this is the first one I've seen involving prospective buyers, one of whom happens to be European...what progress we're making, what a wonderful mindset. 🤮
I like Confidence a lot, but she’s oblivious of something; Nigeria got better houses & real estate than all the European countries combined. Even here in America, houses in Nigeria are well built compared to the wooden ones we got here. This house is nice, but the compound ain’t well structured. Well done Confidence for the sale. More to come.
if only they knew. Houses in US and Canada ain't half what Nigerian houses are. Plus the rigidity as well compared to the over-insulated walls and stuff in North America
True, but think about it: Australia has better infrastructure, safety, and property value growth. In Nigeria, the government might just wake up one day, build public toilets on your land, and say, “Deal with it.” At least in Australia, they’d pay you for it-probably with a smile.
@@thatwakandaboy Stop demarketing Nigeria. The government builds on its lands, not on private properties. If you do your due diligence, you will not run afoul of the government laws. And if your land is taken because of an overriding public interest, as enshrined in the land use act, you get your compensation as long as your documents are intact. Go to the Ministry of Land and Housing at Alausa, do your due diligence before paying for any property. There is safety and infrastructure in Lagos, and property value keeps rising. Stop projecting your negative view about Nigeria on everyone.
when you said : "Am sure you have seen this where you come from"..... you need to stop that fantasy, majority of europeans or anywhere in the world don't live in house that look like this. you need to calm down. reality is not iron man movies.
For the people saying abroad houses are small must be living in a council houses. In the uk alone their houses that has minimum of 5 bedrooms in some areas with swimming and mass garden. It depends on what you want and what you can afford any country not to talk of the United States with mansions around the country that worth billions in Nigerian currency even the maintenance of this properties alone per year is enough to buy a house in Nigeria. In the west you pay monthly council house which means your streets are clean daily and the roads and drainage systems are maintained, but in Nigeria none of this happen. Lack of maintenance is a pandemic in Nigeria system of governance. Also your property is not guaranteed. It can be demolished at any time by the state of federal government any given time if the area wants to be used for some government plans. First of all the streets is not greeny also you have to rely on generators to power your electricity with toxic fumes like carbon monoxide. Nigeria has a long way to go. First of all the government needs to invest massively on power generation and parks in local government.
@Youme aka Bison, I'm sure you have come across something they call "paint". You can put green or black floor tiles when you build yours and paint your POP orange like an ice cream factory abi Disneyland. In interior design, clients choose what they want. Get an interior designer to change it to your preference. It's easier and affordable to paint over white than ice cream colors.
I'm sure you have seen this where you are coming from"😂l dont think so!😅A Nigerian man when he heard the guy does the cooking.🙄😱🙆😀.Are they buying or bought the house or you are just using them for promotion?Wait till you see the primary bedroom, shows they are just seeing the house for the first time....Nice home nonetheless. Cheers.
Not true. We Nigerian don't even like having open spaces in our house. We would rather choke up the backyard with BBQ and interlock the little front yard.
I like you Confidence but on this occasion, I am going to constructively criticise... Why do you feel the need to highlight the fact that It's a "European", touring the property? What about the black woman he came with? How come you didn't highlight her as well? Smacks of inferiority complex....Yep, like a lot of us Africans, you seem to have inferiority complex vis a vis oyinbos and it's a shame! You may not admit it publicly but do examine my statement privately. Who cares whether it's a European or not? We don't need their validation so let's stop putting them on a pedestal.! Next time say "Couple touring $650m home" 😊

a whole European, how peculiar and different could they be

Well done sister just secured your generational wealth! I’m all for it baby
It's amazing how 650million gets you a mansion in Nigeria. But in Australia, $600,000 gets you small 3 bedroom house..How sad!😢

I literally saw this house on 3 realtors pages on Instagram. So like this then don lose out. The hustle no easy
The balustrade of the staircase should have been replaced with a glass
Yes, that took some shine away from the aesthetics.
It stood out to me too. The finishing wasn't smooth
Houses in Nigeria are better built compared to the cookie cutter homes we have in America built of wood.
This’s a nice design, especially the “kitchen” which is not always the best in most of Nigerian home designs.

So much inferiority complex in this video. This “European” appears to be from Italy. Confidence - have you seen Italian homes???
Over price this house should not be more than $ 200.000 thousand dollar.
Mumu what do you know. Just come here to say rubbish. Pls get out. Houses like this in America is over 700k$
Whiteman never seen such luxury, welcome to naija. He Probably can't afford it without a 30yr mortgage

This is way overpriced for a house in Ajah
One percent of them leave in this kind of house
