    If the patient can lay down on their stomachs, how would you do the exercise laying down on the stomach?

      The video shows a quick picture, but you'd lay on your stomach and place a strap around your foot, then pull the heel of your foot towards your butt.

    Thanks for another helpful video. Just one question. You mention do the exercise once or twice per day. (Mine are very tight) How long should I hold the stretch for & is it just 1 rep?

      Hi Bob, great question! If yours are very tight start off with a moderate stretch only and hold for a minute. Do each side 2-3 times.
