Thank you for this. I’m just starting my nail career and noticing how many ppl want the biab look. I’m so glad I didn’t get a chance to invest too too much money in acrylic powders and colored gels. Cause most of the family and friends I do nails on want the biab every single time.

No problem girly! Yes I always say don’t invest too much until you know exactly which route you’re going to go with xxx

You bring up such a great point about the colored acrylics. I feel the same way.

I’ve recently started doing nails and have a course coming up next month. I’ve just started practicing with biab and I constantly flood my cuticle and side walls 😩 such an informative video! ❤

So glad you found it helpful! Try use less on your brush and hopefully it won’t flood the cuticle as much🥰🥰

@@beautifulnailco3473you can warm it up, there are inexpensive pads you could use, and shake it.

Hi, I have been doing nails for years here in United States but I never tried BIAB before and just wondering if the products burn people fingers when curing under the light or not. Thank you for sharing

Hello! You’ll need a low heat mode on your lamp to minimise heat spikes!🥰🥰

I’m trying to figure out how I can get my folks into wearing some glitters. I feel like it would be a great way to increase revenue and it’s such an easy way to really spice up your nail sets. Currently, I only have 2 friends that like the glittery nails. At the moment I only do friends and family cause I’m waiting to get my license. I should have my license in 2 weeks tho! Unfortunately I think the friends who have let me do free sets while I’ve been training aren’t gonna wanna pay nails in the future. I don’t even know how I would try to switch that over. At the moment I’m just thinking I’ll use them to hopefully promote myself.

I recently just did a full nail technician course, and was told not to file gel or biab after applying it first time as it breaks the seal which causes lifting. It’s really confused me as I don’t understand how you’d put nail art over shiny hard gel or biab x

How can I make my clients Biab nails last longer ? My prep is pristine and I use acetone to remove any debris and use a dehydrator but can I use a primer as well to stop lifting ? Biab contains some primer but it’s not lasting long enough on my clients 😣

    • @thenailroombygee

Clients need to maintain aftercare too! This may be the problem if your prep is perfect! Cuticle oil daily and protecting their nails when washing up/gardening/cleaning etc etc xx
