A local clayton dealer was trying to sell me this very basic house for 113k plus all the extras, set up, delivery ,tax etc., but I have researched these homes since November, so I went to oak creek instead, and I'm getting a much better home for 103k, much better quality with many upgrades, and they're gifting 65" TV's with the home, they will mount it over the fire place, I'm getting the farm sink, lighted mirrors in both restrooms, double sinks in the master, separate bath and shower, a large window by the tub 💖 nice quality large blinds, ceiling fans, AC vents are in the ceiling, all taped and textured walls, no vinyl siding on the outside!! 🙌🏼
Shop around before you settle for this!
Cabinet quality is horrible.

We bought a 2024 Clayton home in Walton Kentucky. The name of it is the island breeze. It's a smaller 3 bed 2 bath 28x56. We didn't want a big one. It's just me and my husband and our mini Dachshund. We really like ours. Who makes the one you are showing? I am only half through your video and will continue watching it so you might have said lol. It's the satisfaction but who built it?
