This is a very helpful video, especially because it shows a pristine recoheat that would be an excellent match for a modern wood burner.

That's great - thank you. It's a lovely smart job, isn't it: the high ones do blend in nicely. 👍

Just had mine fitted on Monday by Ivor, got the air pump hidden under kitchen unit, looking forward to trying it out on colder days.
If you are reading this Ivor, thank you so much from both my wife and I.
      Kind regards,
      Johnny

I've said it before and i'll say it again, this is the single best gadget i've ever come across. I am extremely delighted with mine - superb product honestly. Very underrated and for any serious stove users this is an absolute mandatory purchase. Watch RecoHeat videos and see how people sing its praises.
I have two questions if you would kindly assist with:
    1. I had the pump installed outside and I can control when to turn it via a smart socket through an Alexa command (what i'd recommend everyone do - will cost no more than 20-30 quid if done correctly). How long will my pump endure outdoors exposed to the elements? Over the course of the past few months it has been exposed to serious downpours as well as heat of 30 degrees c more recently. Would you recommend that the pump, if placed outdoors, is housed in some form of protective box?
    2. Does the nozzle that shoots out hot air use fresh outdoor air via the pump? I presume so if the pump is outside. I only ask this because as I was watching this video I asked Alexa to turn on the RecoHeat and was pleasantly surprised by the cool air that hit me 😂 (I have the nozzle facing the seatihg area and pointing to the door leading to the stairway corridor) the freeh air was particularly nice in these humid conditions of late. I appreciate not what it was designed for but found it interesting nevetheless.
Would appreciate your responses to my questions above. RecoHeat is the gift that keeps giving. A woodburning stove alone in this poorly insulated house of mine would have been a frustrating experience due to length of time it would have taken to heat up my living room. When installing my wood burner last winter I made sure that the money I spent on purchasing it and installation costs would be worthwhile through researching the best gadget and arranging for my fitter to install it (with ease) at the same time as fitting my woodburner. Not only does it keep my living room toasty warm, it also ensures the chill is taken out of the air upstairs meaning I used less wood as well as cutting my radiator usage during the winter by 75 percent!!!! I have never felt so passionately about a single product and could write essays on it's brilliance!😂
Keep up the hard work and hopefully your fantastic product keeps getting the exposure it deserves.

You're a star! Thanks very much for all the support. 1. The blue ones certainly last outside uncovered for years, but generally plastic will suffer in the sun, so by all means cover it, but don't put it in a box that will cause reverberation. Just a roof over it, like a piece of wood. 2. Yes, that works very well! One chap puts his pump over a bucket of water in the summer and runs it as a cooler! It's weird how such a small airflow is so effective: don't really understand it! Thanks again for all the support!

@@Recoheat thanks for the response to my questions. That is very interesting to run it above a bucket of water. So is it a case that the individual you mentioned has a bucket of water and balances the pump on top of the bucket? I'd be interested to know more about this arrangement. Appreciate your help.

@@H.Ali_08 I believe a piece of wood for the pump to sit on, with space either side. Then the water cools the air as it evaporates.

If you put the pump outside does it take air from outside? Is there a filter on the intake?

      That's right, on both counts
