Violette wow! Splits is such a great achievement, so much more than just a pose as it takes dedication, consistency and being connected with the body. Incredible!! Keep going 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼❤️
Not everybody can do the headstand. I could do it at the beginning after only a few minutes, but i know, i have mostly pain in the neck or in the shoulders 8and sometimes in the neck) for weeks or more when i do it. I could do splits after a few days as well at the beginning, but now my joints ould suffer from it, even if my muscles are stil enougt flexible. Well, it is maybe because i'm 57. =) Being very flexible is a good thing in the youth, but it can bring easily osteoarthritis in the long term. A friend of mine has allways been stiffer, than me, we danced together and she never could do full splits. But now she is 60 and still dancing very well, i had to stop with 40 ... And have now, i think, oseoarthritis in the hip joints. Sometimes, a little bit of natural stiffness is better as an easy mobility then it protects the joints !
I've been practicing this all day and I can now hold my legs in the folded position for like 20 seconds it's awesome! I can't wait to become a pro at it, I was shaking like crazy but it's so good!

I was always in awe when I see you doing it but I was just hesitant to do it because I know I wasn't strong enough then for that...but after days of practice, now, I am able to do it with confidence.

Great tutorial. For the forearm stand it also really helps if you put a strap around your elbows, so the strap is just snug enough that it keeps your elbows from bowing out. It really helped me feel more stable and supported as I kick up. =)
You have changed our lives, one year and a half following your videos and practising with you. Detoxify completed and yesterday we've joined to patreon videos. Love from Madrid, Gracias!! .... Thank you so much !! ❤💚💙
Perfect timing! Yesterday i was talking about the difference between head stand and shoulder stand and I have been looking for a new skill to master during lock down so it’s meant to be. I reckon by the end of lockdown I will be able to hold a solid shoulder stand.
U taught it in very easy manner I learnt this in one day today which I couldn't learn in about 4 months after watching so many videos . Now I think I have came to the right instructor. Thanks a lot🙏🏻
We could flatter you with compliments, but hey, we know you are far beyond the ego stage ! Great instruction, and my 7 year old daughter, (a natural), is really digging it ! Thanks heaps !
I am new to this, so you can imagine how awkward I was following along with you. At the end of our session together, though I did not obtain complete success, I felt good about introducing my body to new positions and strength development techniques. Thank you. I enjoyed every minute of an intense session. Intense for me, that is. LOL
Took me two years to get the headstand right. At first I was practicing against the wall and was too afraid to balance using my forearm strength. It was demotivating really to feel like there was absolutely no progress in getting this posture right. But as I kept practicing for like 2 minutes a day, I am now starting to get used to balancing without the support so I'd say this is a challenging pose and everyone goes at their own pace so don't lose hope and keep practicing!
This is my favorite video of all that exist! I had a huge passion ..yoga then i was into gymnastics , it lasted years but i did not like it anymore because of the was it is taught, I foud this video on youtube when i was still young but my passion to yoga came back ... ❤🌴
Thank you for the amazing tutorial. The elbow stand was good. I tried it from the instructions in your video and it worked. Looking forward for the HANDSTAND. Please post a tutorial for the same please. Thank you Juliana.
Boho beautiful sessions are kit begginners, they are usually quite hard, but I'm glad she gives the first level, as she usually says this only verbally in most of her videos.
This is definitely something I want to work up to. When I was a kid, I was a dancer and a gymnast, but when I was 37 I had a rollover car accident. Yoga has helped me so much with my pain management. But I don’t feel like things are over for me. Somewhere in there, my body still remembers my old flexibility. I see it showing up from time to time (I can still do the splits at 47) but I have yet to build the confidence. Thank you for making this accessible and practical.
Hi from the South of France ! I just started yoga following your videos a week ago !!! So I don't think I can do head stand for the moment ! But I'm doing 2 sets of videos every morning !!! I've learnt to headstand in a day, even though I have to kick my legs up. I'm too unflexible to ''walk my feet up''. I could stay a few seconds on my elbows, after my sister helped me with my legs, because i can't even kick them up, I feel like my shoulders can't support my body weight and I freak out. As a result I've begun to work on my flexibility, using your videos, they help a lot, thank youuuu.

Thank you, Boho Beautiful. I have just completed my first balanced unassisted armstand since childhood, when I was a gymnast. At 47 years old, I am enjoying the benefits of feeling quite childlike, again. And, proud of myself for the self realization that has come into my life. So, I question, what postures can be further expressed with the assistance of gravity we can tap into, being inverted? Very new to this upside-down world. O feel like I should know this, but gymnastics was all flippy, and momentum orientated. Still, the yoga resonates SO much. What comes next? Life is exciting!! Namaste!😘🕉🧘♀️😁💖
Thank you!

This was seriously very very helpfull. After trying this routine for some 5 days I was able to do my first headstand . Thank you very much
We could flatter you with compliments, but hey, we know you are far beyond the ego stage !
LOL
It's all a work in progress. I've been there as well! One step at a time 😘
You make it seem so EASY !!
After 3 days of trying I finally made it! My neck hurts a bit but I'm happy that I can make the headstand 😄🥳
Keep pushing with your arms; your weight isn’t supposed to be on your head, so engage your arms to not hurt yourself 💜
@@sarahmeyers1773 That's so nice of you 🥰🥺
How? I guess i just have spaghetti arms :(
Congrats dear.💪
I never thought I could do this but now I tried and proved myself wrong. Thank u for this video :)
CrystalJo I would recommend at least 10 min practice / day. 2 mins are like warm up. I did 10 min/day and it took me 1 month.
I can headstand with a wall behind. I have tried with no wall behind then I fell on the floor. I'm afraid of wreck my neck without a wall. 😖
This is my favorite video of all that exist! I had a huge passion ..yoga then i was into gymnastics , it lasted years but i did not like it anymore because of the was it is taught, I foud this video on youtube when i was still young but my passion to yoga came back ... ❤🌴
Needs persistence and a beautiful teacher as you, thankyou!
Definitely a beautiful pose the way you do head-stand, you make it look so easy too!
Thank you for the amazing tutorial. The elbow stand was good. I tried it from the instructions in your video and it worked. Looking forward for the HANDSTAND. Please post a tutorial for the same please. Thank you Juliana.
yes handstand would be amazing and many other poses
Boho beautiful sessions are kit begginners, they are usually quite hard, but I'm glad she gives the first level, as she usually says this only verbally in most of her videos.
Boho you make everything look so easy, I've just started yoga and watching your videos 👍
Doesn't she just! Good luck on your yoga journey! 🙏
Yay! I did it, for the first time ever. Thank you! ☺️
This was helpful, thank you 🫶
Wish I could pay the retreat program, I feel like this would be perfect timing!!! Thanks for bringing yoga to our homes💕💕💕
I’m not ready for headstands yet, but I watched anyway because I love your videos!! 💕
I’m excited to guide my path into learning yoga.
I loved this lesson. Thank you for sharing
Hi from the South of France ! I just started yoga following your videos a week ago !!! So I don't think I can do head stand for the moment ! But I'm doing 2 sets of videos every morning !!! I wish I will progress . But I can say I already feel better and stronger ! Maybe it's only in my head !!! Thanks for sharing ! Take care !
Namaste, I am glad that the ancient wisdom of INDIA and Hinduism ( yoga and meditation) is appreciated and adapted all over the world now...
You are INCREDIBLE! You’re like a machine! 😮😳
I just started to follow you and have been doing your back and hip movements to help my back and hip flexors, and I was wondering what the benefits to handstand are. Thank you.
she is a skilled yogi and a good teacher.
thank you so much! I'm working on inversions during this time of self-isolation!
Switched from track and basketball to yoga 1 month ago due to injury to my feet. I am finding yoga to be a life long friend I want to stick with! The headstand is fun I love having full gauge conversations when I am inverted! Thank you for the share!
Perfect timing! Just last night I was saying forearm stand was my next goal

I wish I can do headstand for years, but I am too terrified to try. With this video, it seems easier to practice. Thank you very much.
Did this near a wall. We used the wall to begin one keg at a time until we could point both. I was amazed I did it.
Beautiful! Thank you 🙏 super intuitive, I actually went to another channel to do elbow stand this week and it's the first time I've strayed from you since you began with cexercise 😉 thank you for being so in tune with what your viewers are wanting to bring into their practice😘

Such a beautiful video. The way you teach makes me feel like I can trust your teaching and it's so calming.
Just commenting because there was 666 comments, now it's 667 much better!
Greatest gift to world from India🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
How do you guys manage not to push your legs too far? I always end up rolling forward
You are so amazing, crazy core strength, beautiful posture. Thanks so much for explaining this well.
This is so beautiful! I can imagine mysel this year doing these by the river wow
"it's quite difficult" so that's why she can still talk in a normal way 😂
Practicing yoga asanas (poses) teaches you how to stay normal in difficult and critical situations.
this is so good tysm I can all most get one
she look so calm and i look like am a fish buh i am not in water😭😂
Wow, great job on the headstand ❤🎉
Skinny girls don't just do yoga. When you do yoga, you become skinny. 59 and loving life. Looking and feeling youthful, young, fabulous and slim.
Thank You! ♡
Wow she’s amazing! Effortlessly doing headstand while speaking😱♥️
I keep putting the weight in my head 😂😭😭 and my head hurts on headstand
use a pillow under your head and say to yourself 'forehead forehead forehead', so that you don't place your head flat on the floor, it's more the front of the head towards the forehead
Thank you Guy for your professionalism intenae Sadhana and excellent production
I've been trying to get elbow stand and always couldn't find the centrepoint, and after watching this tutorial I got it instantly!!! I thought I didn't have the strength but it's not, it's the balancing and technique!!!! Thank you!!!1
I Practiced for 30 minutes or less.
Have been trying so hard to get this handstand or elbow stand, I had so much low Confidence. Am so grateful For Seeing this Channel. Thanks so Much Girl. Really, I sincerely appreciate. Have gotten it yeah 🤭🤭☺️, even if am still falling perfectly to the back bend
Thank you so much for the detailed information! The body cannot live without the mind. Reduce stress and anxiety and everything will follow. So true!

I started 2 years ago I couldn't even do a proper plank and now I have so much release that I can do so many poses that I even cant believe I can do.. thanks a lot for sharing all those years....♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ now in quarantine I have no excuses so i do 2 or 3 videos a day or more..!!! send you love and light from Greece
Thank you so much for this tutorial!!!
Thank you so much, it took me an hour or so but its so worth it thank you 🙏
You have freaking FULL control of your body! It seems almost unfair that we are not born with it, I have no final purpuse on doing this, I only want to be able to do this beacause I think it is my right to have this kind of control. Amazing, thank you so much for these videos!
This helps me so!!!😊 thank you
wow what a perfect form!!
Retreat sounds good! Definitely intimidating! Thanks for sharing tips!
Wow! Looks easy for her to do head handstand.
You're amazing ! I'm glad I found your videos, I feel like I'm progressing already. Thanks
