Baldwin and his attorneys are set to appear in court for the trial of the deadly shooting on the “Rust” movie set in 2021, leading to the accidental killing of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. It’s unclear if the actor will take the stand to testify, but if convicted, Baldwin may face 18 months in jail.

SO happy for Alec Baldwin. This case was a waste of time.
It was very obvious from the start that "CST" was in on it with the prosecutor on taking Alec down. The weird little smirks and then aggression towards the defense.
Lucky Alec had great counsel ( prosecutor wishes she was on his level) and in this case justice prevailed as they were obviously out to get Alec from the start.
It's still sad someone lost their life. Hopefully going forward weapons used on set will be modified so they can't fire live ammunition. I understand that in some scenes guns need to be manipulated in unsafe ways, so those guns should not even be able to fire live rounds... period.

Money and fame win again? No! The judge and defense caught the prosecution in a lie. Luckily Alec had good defense team.
