For those who say that push-ups doesnt work i will say this : they work, BUT while doing standard push up you push 67% of yourbody weight. While doing the ring/ trx push up, the instability makes the exercise more difficult and challenging. After a while you gain endurance for push ups but cant see growth. Ofc you can do harder variations like decline or one arm and frow your chext until a certain point. I think Adam ia talking about the standard one.
