For sure! Check out teamfortress.tv on the right hand side are active livestreams, but there are multiple channels who cast competitive matches live. Will need to check when they are though.

On Twitch there are many casts such as RGL, Kritzkast, Fireside Casts, and teamfortresstv. Players themselves also broadcast their POVs during games too. If you open the TF2 page on Twitch between 6-8 pm eastern time then you should find a cast going on
