What the player clicks on is what the player hits, regardless of what the server or the other player's computer think. As a result, when there is considerable latency, the shot may not register for the server until after the player being shot is already behind cover (from the server or the other player's perspective). This is also why facestabs happen, and why Heavies can sometimes kill you after you've gone around a corner and can no longer see them. Demos are not messed up, they just show what the server sees. The net code, on the other hand, is a little messed up.
My cosmetic loadout is identical to RaGz!!!! -Defiant Spartan -Kringle Collection -Bonedolier The only difference is that my bonedolier is painted australium.
Huds just change the way those UI elements look. I use ahud as it almost removes all the unnecessary clutter and cleans up screen. You can simply turn off the hud by putting "cl_drawhud 0" in console. To turn it on again, enter "cl_drawhud 1" in console.
You can tell that the interest in competitive TF2 went down, when there are more Asian players than EU players in the top 10. Glad you are still making them.

This was good. 6 - I have to say that you should have transitioned to when the action started instead of overlapping the game sound, music, and your voice in the fast forward because that combination of sounds was AIDS. The clip itself was pretty unimpressive barring the shkillshtick. His team was doing a lot of work in the background. 5 - This was really good. Had to do a retake on that trap and overall this guy's sticky placement was muy bueno. 4 - C U C K E D v.2. And I liked the rest of the play. Didn't bail on his team and worked with them to wipe the other team in the uber trade. 3 - What in the bloody fuck was that shtab on the med. @__@ This shpee play wipes it's ass with the shpee plays from September tbh. 2 - Holy Jesus that was a N U T flank if I ever saw one. 1 - Dropped the med, VAC shotted the solly, and BM SMG'd the Shcout. This clip earned the #1. 9/10.
