Hello! Back with a video I've been wanting to make for ages. I'm so excited to share my conscious period hacks feat menstrual cups! I've been practicing what guess I'd call "sacred" menstruation for the most part of this year. Shifting from the classic crampy fed up uncomfortable period to actually taking time to honour, reflect and go a little deeper with my cycle has been amazing. Our bodies are so innately clever and cyclical and I find it really fascinating to follow those cycles. Seriously, enough with the period shame! Like we literally bleed with the moon phases that is so cool.
