Awesome video per usual. I love the way Adam holds the med sled. He holds it like a clutch or purse 👛. All joking aside, looks like a great setup. 🍺🫵🤟🇨🇦🫡🇺🇸🤟🫵🍺
Would love to know if this fits the LBT IFAK pouches that were made to be run small of the back. Thats still my favorite pouch and im always looking for good med trays to stuff in it.
I shot them an email to ask the same thing after the seeing it in Shot Show coverage. No avail. They just said it was designed to fit in the medium GP… thanks.
Placing the IFAK insert into your medium GP pouch is fine however there is no identifying markings on the exterior to indicate that pouch is in fact an IFAK. As you know in a critical care scenario it’s of the upmost importance for any first responder to identity and locate the IFAK on a wounded person without having to search thru several regular GP pouches on your kit because it’s not properly marked. Just an observation. Great design though and I’m behind the insert itself.
@@MA-hc6mbsure are. But these items are sold to mainly to the general public who aren’t in a unit and don’t have SOP’s. Civilians should understand that if they are gonna wear kit for training or self defense or whatever then their IFAK gear needs to be readily identifiable. That’s all I’m saying.
I dont know the price but the insert that comes with an ifak is 15 bucks and it has a lanyard that attachesit to your body so if need to be moved your med stays with you. I got one from Counting Coupes video he did with spiritus. To each his own. I am not completely sure in a SHTF scenario stopping the bleeding may just be prolonging the agony. Say your shot in the gut/liver or maybr side of your right lung and people are able to stabilize you without a very quick evac with an hour and a hosptal with a surgeon your gonna die. I would rather die quick personally and be with god.
People don't die quick like the movies... My last GSW I attended took a round directly to the chest, small cal, we didn't get to him for over an hour and he had received no first aid prior, and he wasn't seeing a surgeon till over 2 hours post injury. He had a myriad of comorbidities and was of older age, he was discharged from hospital 2 weeks after incident. I have been to another young man who took 3 rounds of 7.62x39 to the belly, who did not see first aid till the 8th hour, surgeon quite fast after that, he survived without much trouble... Belly wounds don't tend to bleed that much, and the wounds that do bleed if you stop them ie. junctions and limbs have great survivability. Ukraine has demonstrated this time and time again. Med is just as important as your ability to win a gun fight, and you can't do good med without the tools...
I have my IFAK in my spiritus dangler, this would make it that much easier to deploy. 👍 good job spiritus!

Been waiting for this. Already purchased. Love your products, quality is always top of the line. No better stitching have I found 👍.
Finally. Something that doesn't have fixed elastics that fail over time!
Good setup and I like how it is person configurable. Looks like it would lend itself to other applications of organization as well.
Nate
Great video, I've gota ask, those gear lockers are they bought or self made.
They look made not mass produced
Rat in left sleeve, Cat in right sleeve, shears tucked into right webbing, My IFAK is in a Fanny, i got a 2nd ifak at 6 with 2nd shear.

Watched the whole vid wondering if it fit into jsta with mags...still wondering
I also came to watch the video to see if it would fit into a JSTA. That way I can keep the JSTA on my belt and move my Roll 1 to the LV119.

Small question Adam! Im wondering if you can put the med sled in the JSTA pouch you guys make?

I mean you can always just sharpie a cross, your blood group and your med allergies on the outside of the pouch
That's what unit SOPs are for.

It’s not for idiots
Wow 😳
will it fit the spiritus fanny?
Yes
When will it be back in stock?
Does this fit in the mk3 fanny?
❤❤❤
Will this fit in a dangler pouch?
It will fit in a sack pouch.
Give the people what they want.
The Fanny.
Get some.
A USGI Ifak insert is like $8.00 new on eBay. You guys are absolutely smoking to be charging $43 for an insert and some fucking cord. Thats wild dude.
Those are ugly as shit and hold way less. This is modifiable and pieces can easily be replaced.. unlike a USGI ifak insert.
was just about to post this. tbh people just want stuff to spend their money on.
@@andyhingsbergen9003 ah yes, aesthetics of an IFAK insert must be a serious consideration.
How much is it?
$42.95 PLUS TAX
